Mandarin Badminton

This place is O-K, nothing particularly special or terrible about it.

Someone just came from China , was allowed to play. A few strangers were allowed to play. Raised the issue w staff. A guy regarded himself high n regal, not to solve the issue, but to point out i m talking too loud. Regret that i let him off the main issue easily instead of dealing w virus issue. He asked me to get out, me as a paid member since July 26, 2006 with 2 years off in between, instead of dealing w valid concern. When i got out of the club, he followed n stood right next to me at the parking lot. Told him to back off. He asked me to leave instead. So does it count as harassment or intimidation, since he is close to 6‘ while i m petite? Not only it's rare in my life to be in argument with people, never once in heated argument with anyone in Mandarin. However, this guy has been in heated argument with members And i happened to have witnessed twice before this. asking for full refund of my membership, of course no response for it.

Attending as spectators on Black Knight Tournament at this place wasn't a good experience.It has a pretty small space for spectators. Black Knight Tournament should not select this place.Additionally, New court #7 to #10 can't be seen by parents or spectators at all.

Called for reservations. The lady who answered phone was really rude. Ask me strange questions. Also said if I do not answer all the questions I can not come. I understand the COVID policy so I ask why I have to answer it. She said no reason. U don’t want play go away. I never heard that before. Please don’t go to this court. thats why this is only one free court for the hot season.

Clean and well lit with high ceilings

Place is definitely clean and well kept. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

I've been to mandarin Badminton for almost 1 year and I've noticed some very good things about them. With the new renovation in mid-june the sitting area looks very nice and comforting if you want to watch your kid play. As a student a mandarin I've noticed that every time I arrive the receptionist would say hello to me unless she's on the phone. The coaches are also really friendly because they would gladly help you if you can't to a certain shot. They would also do exercises to improve your stroke.I love this badminton club, the coaches and the environment

rudest service I've ever seen from a badminton place. called to ask about court rentals. the lady who answered the phone didn't wait until I finished my sentence and kept saying no no no" then hung up on me."

Nice badminton club. My kid love here.
