Very strange man . I called with my blocked number because I do not give out my number if I was comfortable I would have, but this person said he gets many threats from private numbers! I was just looking for a quote on service. Not very professional at all.

Mo was very professional to deal with. The skip tracing only took a couple of days. He attempted the service processing a few times to get it done for us. We would use this services again.

As it was my first time serving court papers, they guided me throughout the entire process. From serving to providing the proof of service. All I did was file the affidavit of service online.

They assisted me in finding the address of the respondent and serve my Court papers. I can't thank them enough. I definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for tracing and procees serving.

I advised Mo I had to serve an EMS person. I provided the last known address to him- a EMS Station. Mo attended and advised that they would not let non-EMS personal into the station so he left the subpoena (don't know where) and said we needed an Affidavit of service (not sure if that was an additional fee). Never got Affidavit of Service but did follow up with EMS in a quick email and discovered Legal Department at head office accepts all subpoenas. Advised Mo we needed to fix the problem and he said it would be at full-price. I said I thought he would know how to serve EMS personal since that's his job and his reply was it was your duty to seek legal counsel" as if there is a law respecting service of a subpoena on a paramedic. Attitude and inexperience: not a good combination for someone in the service industry."
