TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

If your looking to get a mortgage here, DONT. Go somewhere else. I recently remortgaged my home here, they messed up my appointments (I showed up my advisor wasn’t there) then they charged me a penalty on top of the blended rate. (which they arnt supposed to, it’s one or the other). They promised to refund the penalty, and swore they had sent out a draft in the mail. It’s been almost a month sense we closed the deal, and still no refund. Totally disappointed with the service and the reliability of this branch. You should not have to chase a bank for money that they wrongfully charged to you.Update: When I finally received the draft it was made out to the wrong name, and I can’t cash it. The bull**** never ends with these guys.

Avoid TD! So many better banks to choose from.

Great customer service and very fresh and friendly staff

Disappointed by the staffs lack of customer service. Very slow and not impressed with the wait time.

They keep hiring students and new graduates, so every few months the whole staff would be different.They are pretty slow when it comes to processing some requests, probably due to lack of know how.

While the tellers have always been friendly and helpful. I had a particularly bad experience with a very pushy loans officer who was aggressively trying to sell me insurance I told him I didn't want. Even after I went to a different location he wouldn't release the file and kept calling me. Will not use any services except ATM/Tellers here.

They miss inform you on the phone and in-person they say it was an isolated event don't expect phone representatives to do their Job
