Highly, highly recommend Freight Sense!!I've had the pleasure of working with the team at Freight Sense and every team member is exceptional, very knowledgeable and professional. Our company exports and imports globally and knowing that Freight Sense is managing the logistics of our shipments, was one less thing we had to think about in our very busy schedule. Their communication is superb, they coordinated with our international suppliers and customers and kept us informed at every step.On a personal note, Seymour is the sweetest person and goes out of his way to help you, even on the rarest of occasion when we needed their service at the last minute. Jeremy, is a joy to speak with, every phone call with him leaves me in the best mood. He's full of energy and cares deeply about what he does.

I have been working with Freight Sense since 2008. Freight Sense is my go-to company when I have questions about freights anywhere in the world. They do much more than freight, they help me with document legalization, follow-up on orders/deliveries, and much more. I work with them from shipments leaving from Canada, US and Europe. The team is formed by an amazing group of people that have in common excellency as their core value. I have worked with many freight forwarders and no other has shown so much knowledge as Freight Sense.

Worst company ever to work.Employer's behaviour is like he is the one and only top company in whole world.No Management at all one would say one thing and other would say totally different from the first.And you can see them fighting each other on every single matter.One would hire you and the other would try his best to fire you and they have thier own family and friends circle from which they wont cross and fire you within probation period so they dont have to pay the benefits they promised for.Their maximum hiring period is 3 months at all.You can see their job ads language are so proud you can read and assume how rude behaviour they have with their employees.Timings they will mention 9 to 5pm the 8 hours but you would know when they ask u to come at 8am and leave at 7,8 or maybe 9 pm and you dont have the rights to ask for overtime pay they wont stop here they will expect u to not to get lunch breaks as well.The table in lunch room they fit it on the wall so you couldn't sit while you are eating so by standing you can finish it earlier and come back to your work seat.No stat holidays, time off they will cutt and overtime dont even think about it.. they will pay you what they think is good no rules, you can keep your mouth shut.Customers even defaulters are God's to them and they can kick you out if they need them happy doing this.

Freight Sense is our canadian partner for quite a while now. There is no reason to give them less than 5 stars. They are working on an outstanding high level of professionality and we know we can always rely on them for 100%. Freight Sense is an extraordinary example why it is always the better choice to work with small and middle sized companies. Quick and reliable response at all times and their work is always beyond the normal. Good job Freight Sense! Let's continue this kind of work for the next decades!

Worst experience.. called in to inquire about resume I had sent in and no help in confirming receipt or advising who the correct person would be to talk to and see if the position would still be open. I was told by Paul that theres no way he can help and that hes not sure and that he would be hanging up the phone. As the rude and ignorant way Paul was speaking I would think no one would want to work here.. ridiculouse.. If employees speak like that and represent the company in that manner I wonder how they would be treating customers after getting their bussiness. More than likely bad customer service aswell. Would not recommend anyone to work there or give them any kind of business. Just plain rude.

I cannot say enough about this company and their staff. I have never dealt with a more professional, responsive and honest shipping company. My products always arrive in perfect shape and on time. Jeremy has personally helped me get out of some major jams that no one else could seem to figure out. I haven't been working with this company for long however they make me feel like a VIP. I would recommend Freight Sense to anyone that needs to ship!

I use Freight Sense more than 15 years. They are absolutely the best freight company I ever used. They are always on time, keep me posted if there is any issue. All the staff are professional, polite, willing to help. Once I send the paperwork to them, I know the shipment will be taking care. I would strongly recommend Freight Sense to anyone!
