Great customer service. We called ahead to make sure the item (vanity) we wanted was in stock, the person (Yini) took our name and he called us back right away. Told us to ask for her when we arrived (we lived out of town). She was very accommodating and helpful. The team also helped us load into our van.

I have never ever seen unprofessional employees anywhere but here a Lows very low level service and people , not even order takers just useless bench . Shame for the company to keep low class people working for them . Went there to buy a mirror only to get insulted and put down , only asked for price and availability. Only to get yelled at and not helped at all . On top of that the lady had the audacity to teach me . To tell me leave the store I am disturbing them , how was I disturbing them , I simply wanted ask question not fight . Never ever going back here again . I called their head office we’ll see how professional they are to get back to me .

The worst service. I called 20 minutes ahead of my arrival to have my order ready for pickup. After arriving my order was not ready and the customer service lineup was 2 people deep. I waited in the store for over 45 minutes for them to find my toilet. Unable to produce my item I left with a promise of delivery tomorrow. I will never shop at this location again. There is still another lady who had been here for an hour and a half and is walking out frustrated. The WORST.

Came here today to grab plants etc. Line of like 6 people. But no cashiers. There was one girl trying to help a couple and keep everyone patient. Poor girl you could tell she was mortified. But once again no actual cashiers available. No ETA on cashing out. I saw plenty of employees , most kind of just standing around. Why didn't they call someone up. Very messy. Plus there was a random used furnace sitting in the entrance. Not very welcoming. Ended up leaving everything and leaving.

Horrible experience. Was in the store for 45 minutes with no help despite pressing buttons to call for help people walking by ignoring me then when I finally got someone’s attention I showed them the countertops I wished to purchase on the clearance rack that said starting at $54 then two other price tags $75 and $95 I asked witch one is it they quickly scanned and said $189 I then asked why they’re on the clearance rack. They were the only ones on It. Rather then helping me with a solution or anything they walked away aswell as a contractor. I’ll never be back.

Customer service desk at this location has zero customer service skills. I went to the desk to pick up my order. 2 employees were having a conversation with each other and laughing, completely ignored me. I had to wait for their conversation to finish after which the rep just stares at me without greeting or acknowledging me. I showed up my order number for pick up order, during the whole visit I didnt hear a single word from her. Very rude and inconsiderate. Feb 14 around 4:30pm.

Ordered an item online. Recognize I did not get the email saying order was ready however customer service at the desk was atrocious. Ignored by 3 then asked for help ignored again then passed onto another and was told to come back because they didn’t email me. I explained I was from out of town and needed it for a present. Now been here for an hour. Just received an update that they found it but it’s on a top shelf and it will take longer to get it if I wanted to go. I said no I’ll wait. Noting that I am one aisle away from the grilling area and this order is not large at all. Almost 75Minutes later it arrives and then the counter clerk told the young associate who got the order to go away because it would take time to process the order. He finwas quite willing to wait to take it to my car but she said no we will call you back. Front customer service need lead needs -Agnes - a BIG lesson in customer service. You don’t tell a customer to go away or they don’t come back. I only stayed because the item was sold out at all other suppliers. Perhaps there is a reason Lowes still had stock. 90 minutes later … waiting for the associate to help out to the car because she told him to go away. 5 have walked by aimlessly and now Agnes is pagin associates back. Daniel returned and was a great help loading and very polite. Front counter could take a lesson from him

Worse experience ever. I was thr for curb side pickup today. I had to call 7 times from parking lot for my order. Everytime I called they said Associate just went to pick up. I was there 7:30 it was a scheduled curb side pickup. My order came out at 8:25. The Associate didnt even say hi or any thing no explanation why my order got late he just ask a random customer who was walking by to help putting box. No identity check nothing. And I had to put the box with help of my 11 year old daughter in the back truck. He was just standing and watching the show. Very very disappointed walmart homedepot customer service is excellent never go to milton lowes worse customer service people on desk and delivery ppl
