In the spring of 2022, after being recommended by family members, the contractor came to our house to review work scope. Contractor provided us a written quote for work scope, which we accepted with an agreed schedule. Contractor then proceeded to repeatedly delay, reschedule and reassure delivery of the work scope. This went on all summer long. In late September, knowing that the end of the season was nearing, we requested a face-to-face meeting with the contractor. The contractor never showed for the meeting. Unexpectedly, several months later, we ran into the contractor and asked for an explanation. The response from the contractor was that they FORGOT....surprisingly unprofessional and non-responsive behaviour.
