My collegue and I ordered for more than 40.00$ of food through Uber.The only item that was correct in the order was the onion rings.Do you guys even check the order before sending it out???Now we have no food and we are out 40.00$This is not a simple mistake, they did not get the order right at all !!!!

We won't be returning. The employee was touching raw meat with his bare hands then continued to assemble burgers without washing their hands. When he was asked to wash his hands, he was confrontational. Cashier was nice and fast.

I love a&w for many reasons and I always go with a big appetite but this one is a guaranteed disappointment since they regularly discourage my vegan requests like they dont like money. Consistently understaffed, don't respect the options listed on the menu board, I will drive the extra 2 or 3 kms to avoid them going forward.

A&W used to mean quality products and premium service. In the past couple years this A&W has had a dramatic drop in quality on all counts. Super slow service, mistakes on almost all orders, they argue and gaslight you when you point it out, dirty premises and horrendous toilets. When the fries aren't too salty, they're cold. Seems like giving your meal in instalments is the norm, you get you burger when your fries and drink are finished… The one on Des Sources in Dollar isn't much better...

I don't know what happened. When this place first opened it was very good. Seems to be under new management now. Service is extremely slow. Everyone is so disorganized. And the food quality is nowhere like how it used to be.

DONT EAT HERE . Just read the reviews it has gotten much worse. No way do they have 4 stars. 2 guys yelling at each other in their language .filthy, don't watch them cook your food or you won't eat it .guy comes from the back with his blue tooth in his ear and starts my order 20 minutes after I ordered it .no gloves while cooking so dirty one guy mops the drink station and takes orders at the same time.i got my money back after 25 minutes, it was too gross to stay. OMG close it down ,for real.

Restaurant was dirty, service was incredibly slow and staff didn't use gloves in food preparation. This isn't a question of understaffed. It's just mismanaged. Service gets 3 stars because the cashier was super quick in taking your order and charging you. But then went back to her phone the minute the line up was taken care of.

Extremely slow service. I have never waited 30 minutes for my food at a fast food.9,10 people waiting and it's not like a huge group came. Everyone is frustrated and I've notice people before me angry and left despite paying. Wow

Lack of employees resulting in extremely slow service. You can wait between 15 to 25 minutes to get your food (remind you that this is a fast-food chain = fast service in theory which it was not). And also I took their new burger with mashrooms recently and it was not good ; the sauce that was used was tasting like detergent. On the other side, the fries, drinks and teen burger were tasting good. Also the place is quite often dirty (the tables can be really sticky), it's a shame that each time I come there, the lady at the cash just waits for the food to be prepared and does nothing while standing there when clearly the place could use a little cleaning on the tables. They even allow dogs so be careful where you sit.

Super Slow service, place is very dirty. Doesn’t seem to have a sense for hygiene while preparing food or costumer service…wouldn’t recommend.
