Rigo has saved the day for me and my family on so many occasions! Great and fair pricing. I’m thankful to have his shop in my neighbourhood!!

This should be Zero Stars, but One Star will suffice for how terrible they are. Rigo's Tires should not be in business and if you buy anything from there or get service from there, bring it to someone else to ensure it was done properly. I bought a 2007 Dodge Caliber from London Deal A Wheel that Rigo's Tires did the safety and e-test on and my car has been nothing but a nightmare. I bought my car on April 24, 2015 and when I left the lot, I checked the date of the safety and e-test and both were to expire within 5 days of leaving the lot. Six days after leaving the lot and the day after my e-test expired, my check engine light came on. I brought the car in to be serviced and was informed that the entire emission system from engine to gas tank would need to be replaced at a cost of $1200. Although the service place couldn't prove it, they said that the codes were reset so that it would pass an e-test. I had to hold off on getting the emissions system repaired because I don't have that kind of money and now my gas tank needs to be replaced, which I'm sure they knew of. The next issue has to do with the frame on my car. I had to get a piece of my frame replaced in November. Unbeknownst to me, the car passed a safety when in reality, the car should have never made it off the lot. There was a huge piece of my frame that not only rusted out, but had serious holes in it. On top of it, my rear axle was in bad shape and I had to get the control arm bushings on the rear axle replaced. The mechanic that I brought my car to said that the car should have never left the lot. When my wife confronted Rigo's about this, the mechanic there knew nothing of what a control arm bush was and that the mechanic who we brought my car to had to tell them. On top of it, the young guy there was incredibly rude to my wife and said we were making this up. They replaced the control arm bushings, but they used the incorrect nuts, bolts and washers on it. They're going to need to be repaired shortly. Finally, the last incident occurred in March of this year. I went to get an old change and wasn't able to do so because the oil pan and the gasket it connected to were rusted. Once again, I brought the car back to a mechanic and the mechanic said that the oil pan and the gasket were spray painted silver to cover up the rust. At this point, I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau with regards to Rigo's Tires and their business practices. They are absolutely terrible and I wouldn't recommend anything from them. If you buy something from them, bring it to an MTO approved service center and have them look at it with regards to a safety or e-test. I'm willing to bet they'll find all kinds of wrong with your vehicle. Terrible, terrible, terrible place.

NEVER take your vehicle to these crooks. They do not to proper work, and your vehicle will leave in worse condition than it arrived. On a simple brake job they did not even lube any of the caliper sliders or pads and in turn had instant noise.. beyond that we found out they were using used parts when being told they were new. These guys are crooks, and if you value your vehicle or your wallet you will stay far away,... it pains me that i even have to give them one star

People stay out from that looser with glasses. Friday i swinged by for an oil change. Sorry I'm busy he says. Tuesday 1 P.M. Okay I'll come on Tuesday. Tuesday morning since it's my Neighbor i stopped by to confirm . I have got nothing written up for one a clock he says. That's because you did not write anything down as i recall. Then he glanced for the first time thru the window . Is this your truck? he says. Yes. Sorry i can not lift it up. What a waste of my time.

They were not there for my service appointment and no one ever called me back would not recommend to anyone

Rigos is a good place to take your car. I have been going there for over 2 years now and they always do a good job and the price is also good compared to other mechanics out there who like to you just to get your money...... I will always recommend Rigo's Tire

Rigo's Tires is the best mecanic shop in london ontario. They are very honest people and professional. They have the best prices around ontario. They treat you like a family and you feel welcome to the shop. They have thousands of clients for more the 20 years in Canada.

That is the best place to go in London, they serve to different ethnics people doesn't matter language barriers, you are treated fairly and professional even at Rigo's you are offered a credit for 90 days if you don't have money to pay their services . Come for a service.

Would not recommend! Had an appointment for 2:30 to do a safety.... was made to wait almost an hour and didn't get out of there till 4pm. They asked to change my tires, to which I agreed... drove out the shop and an hour later my tire pressure indicator came on. Took the car back the next day to get it checked. They said all they could do was check the tire pressure and to come back AGAIN the following day to get it hooked up to their computer. Day three now and I move around work appointments to take it in at 9:30, just so that one of the mechanics can come out and tell me there's nothing I can do for you man... I tried my computer out with other cars yesterday and it's not giving me the reading you need"... the guy didnt even bother to hook up my vehicle to their computer to see if it would read
