CSN Industrial Park Collision

Was very happy to deal CSN. I have used them twice and both times was very pleased with there work and the staff was awesome very friendly and followed through with what they said. Good work team.

CSN Industrial Park was a pleasure to deal with after my vehicle was hit by a deer causing substantial damage. Their team were great communicators and was able to return my car looking new. With my claim process being around the holidays it was slightly delayed however the repair was a lot faster than I anticipated. Big thank you to their team, especially Stephanie and Tyler who were transparent and kept my updated throughout the process. You are in good hands if you need to take your vehicle here!

Don't waste your time! Terrible customer service!I brought my car in for an estimate. Pleasant conversation with Stephanie and the estimator. I liked them.2 weeks went by without the promised estimate. I called and heard sorry, we're busy but I received the emailed estimate the next day. I replied to the email asking to be scheduled. Another 2 weeks passed and I called & left a message asking for a response - No reply. Another 2 weeks went by and I called Stephanie again.Sorry, she says, I never got your email. But no problem, I'll schedule you now. She said I'd now have to wait another 2 1/2 months! I said that's not fair, I asked to be scheduled a month ago. I asked for a supervisor and got Don. He grumpily asked me to tell him what happened. When I quietly reviewed what happened, he literally chewed me out! He claimed he couldn't understand why I was bothered.So I called another place that had given me a good estimate and got an appointment within a few weeks.

Very pleased with the work CSN did on the bumper of my 22 Chevrolet Camaro. Was easy to get a rental car for one day. Surprised when they called saying my car was done, the next day.

This is an awesome shop.They’re professional and easy to work with. Reception is really nice and the shop is really talented.My truck looks amazing, I’m stoked! When I drove it away I realized they cleaned the interior as well. That’s pretty sweet.Thanks!

I have never received such amazing, kind professional service before. CSN went way beyond the call of duty and even though they didn’t know me they treated me like family. I can’t say enough about their service not to mention the excellent repair and paint job they did on my vehicle! They are without a doubt the best company to deal with ever! Thank you CSN team!

This place was recommend by TD insurance which should’ve been a flag. The car was damaged in a collision not our fault. The work done was subpar in my opinion. I have pictures but can’t add them here. They had to remove and install a new 3M film on the hood but looks like they damaged the paint underneath removing the old film. There is clear defects in the paint and bubbles. Just sloppy looking. If you like resale values of your cars then stay away from this place.

This is my second time using CSN’s professional services. I was once again thoroughly impressed by the staff from start to finish, and most important of all the finished product was exceptional once again. Thank you again for such an incredible job!

CSN installed a broken taillight in my car. The process from start to finish was seamless including arranging for a rental, pickup, courteous reception and even cleaned the interior of the car. This wasn’t my first experience with this company and every time they impress.

They took care of everything including setting up my rental. Really easy to deal with. I had to wait a long time for parts but as soon as they got them, they booked me in. Returned my car clean. Can't even tell there was damage to my car. Good work.
