Over the past 15 years Peter has cleaned a very old schoolhouse clock, replaced the works in a 40 year old Verichron chime clock (and recently cleaned that same clock). However... I have a 1905 Waltham pocket watch which had been stopping and being unreliable. The younger man (can't recall his name) who works with Peter cleaned this watch and repaired the mainspring a month ago - and I am not kidding - the 115 year old watch has kept time within a couple of minutes for the month without adjustments.There aren't many shops that can do this type of work any longer. This type of skill and service is very rare today.
