Great customer service on regular basis by the entire team. Laxmi, customer service officer, was knowledgeable, quick and helpful in getting my work done. This is certainly an excellent Scotiabank branch.

Very bad customer service. I wanted to get 2 drafts and the lady was asking my identity card. I showed valid id card and still she wanted to ask me lots of questions. She was very rude. Feel sorry for customers who come here.

The hours are not good. Branch needs to open on Saturday and open till 8 pm on Thursday and Friday.
