I wish my review was the same as the other good ones but unfortunately it will not be. The workers at the regina branch are are always very rude to me expect for Brooke, she made my visit pleasant but as for the other ones its a big thumbs down for me. They're were and still not understanding to my situation, they made me feel less than them. When I called stating that I could only make $250 of my loan payment instead of the $350, they asked for bank statements and all other information that I was not comfortable sharing with them. The spoke rudely towards me and were not sincere at all, I know that is not there job but a little empathy would be nice. I only gave 2 stars because they're fast with the money transfers. All I can say is I won't be dealing with Cashco Financial after this loan is payed off.

Very poor customer service. I came here for a payday loan and the paperwork was accidentally filled out wrong with the wrong payday - its before i get paid so this hardly qualifies as a payday loan now. They still expect me to pay all borrowing fees even though its prior to my payday. I did not notice the wrong date when signing the documents and now cashco is washing their hands of it and says it's my fault for not catching the mistake even though they'd borrowed to me many times previously with the correct payday interval. I even called them as soon as I got their text notification with the due date prior to the payment coming out. They refused to stop the payment and refuse to acknowledge any mistake on their end and are just telling me to bad. Prior to this incident i have never missed or been late with a payment.This is quite unfortunate as their customer service seemed exceptional up until this point but when there was actually an issue that they had to help me resolve they were no help and on top of that they were actually rude to me just because i expected them to help resolvethe situation. I'm still somewhat in disbelief as to how they just deflected the blame back on me and can't take any responsibility for their part.Up until now I had been quite happy dealing with cashco but based on this experience I'll be taking by business elsewhere in the future. I find it quite confusing they would rather lose all my future business over something so trivial.

Great people, fast and simple & just a wonderful environment.

It may be a little slow to get everything setup within the cashco system if its your first visit, but after that it quick and simple!

Quick and easy process. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend.

The store is clean and bright ... Brenda the manager is a warm and caring person. Best thing about it is that there is never a line up

I have started with Cashco Loans since January 2018 I’m pretty sure? I do sure make my trips down to the Branch location in Regina.I like dealing with the Sales Representatives there including the Manager!What makes it a lot better, they pull the loan amount of the bank accounts instead of coming down and pay the loan in person, don’t have to rush around if working late! That also when waiting and getting new loan it takes least 10 minuets but also pending if 15 minuets the max to wait. The point is this, if your looking for loan and need few extra dollars I like you go to Cashco Loans!!!!
