Maple Leaf Appliance Repair

I was trying to clean the glass inside my oven door, but I couldn't put the pieces back together. I called for help. The gentleman that came was nice, however, it cost me $299 with $30 discount for booking online and 10% tip. The repair man was only here for about 45 mins. I didn't get a quote beforehand, so it was quite a shock when I saw the price. I should have asked first, but I didn't think it would cost this much. I wouldn't book again with this company just because of how incredibly expensive this was for just putting a door back together and then attaching it back to the stove. For this reason I am giving this company a 3 star. There are other factors as well, but the pricing was my main issue. I would not use them again.

I found Yuri to be very knowledgable and friendly. I appreciated how he took the time to answer all of my questions and walk me through what needed to be fixed and how to do it. He even gave me a few different options.

Leon was my appliance repairman and he gave me excellent service. He responded quickly and was on time. I moved into a new house and the first time I used the washer it leaked. The inlet valve was old and leaking. Leon came right away and once the part came in he came right back to replace it. Excellent work Leon and thank you.

Thought the issue was one thing turned out to be another that I could not have fixed myself so I'm really glad I called. Was quickly fixed and the repair tech had the part on hand. I'm very grateful to have a working dryer. He even cleaned out the vent for me so I didn't have to do it myself.

I called Maple Leave Appliance Repair on Monday and they send Leon the next day. I don't live in the city but on a farm so everyone I called told me that I live too farm. But Leon drove one hour to my house. Within 45 minutes he had my dishwasher working. After checking for the issues he found nothing wrong but he did clean the lines and spray. He was very nice and polite, nice to talk to explain.Overall the bill was very low.

We needed the lever for the water dispenser on our fridge replaced. We were able to easily book an appointment online and Leon arrived exactly on time. He quickly determine the issue and replaced the part. He was very friendly and efficient, and gave us some good advice for upkeep on our fridge. We really appreciated the excellent service!

Repair work was done in a timely fashion, all parts that were needed to repair the oven were available, however we haven't used the oven yet as it was just repaired! Our repair technician was polite and efficient. Yuriy explained everything that was quoted and there were no surprises" on the cost. The only reason I didn't give a "5 star" rating is because the appointment time range was generous however I still had to wait longer than expected for the technician with minimal communication. My only recommendation would be to ensure technicians arrive within the time window or there is better communication when the agreed upon time can't be honored. As a customer - I would recommend you don't have anything else booked just in case the technician can't be there when expected."

Our washing machine stopped working late on a Wednesday night and we were able to book a technician that evening thanks to their 24hrs service.Sasha was our tech - he was prompt, professional, friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue + a recommended fix for us to pursue. In the end, our washing machine is working like new with reasonable repair cost.Would 100% use this service again the next time something breaks down.
