Not too great on the repair service. I dropped off a mower late before a weekend, I called the service dept. on Monday and was told the job would be two hours max and ready Friday. I called on Friday morning to confirm and was promised it would be ready. Not having heard anything, I called again in the afternoon to learn that it was not ready and all the repair crew was gone. Very disappointing!

We rented a Skid for 2 days we told them we were finished they told us to park it in the side. They said they would pick it up the same day. No problem . Then my client calls me to say the machine was never picked up. For 3 days the machine stayed there. Now they charged us 1000 for the parking tickets. Aperantly when your done with the machine it's your responsibility even if they forget they have a machine for 3 days after we were done using it.
