Fantastic to deal with. Our sales rep Matthew goes out-of his way to help get what is needed. The rest of the staff from general manager down to the yard guys are fantastic to deal with. Go for the service and stay for the quality and knowledge.

Buyer beware. Charged me a 20% restocking fee on two small products. A complete money grab. Waiting on them to do the right thing and give me a full refund for the unopened product I returned that was incompatible with my applications

We love working with Gibsons for all of our materials and supplies, both roofing and all our metal needs. As a fairly new business it’s always a challenge to have suppliers take a chance o you but Gibsons has been with us every step of the way and is eager to help us grow our business. Not only are they able to provide us with the materials and supplies we need to run our company but they are also constantly letting us know about new products and training courses. Our sales rep Kyle is always just a quick text or call away and if he is unable to answer our questions he is quick to find the answer for us.
