I personally haven't had the best experience at this location. I went in looking for a specific bra and was told (they didn't sell anything that I wanted). Didn't even look so I just walked out.Ended up going to the North location and they had exactly what I wanted and called the OC to have 2 bras that weren't in my size set aside for me. Went and picked them up. Great experience at both the North location and the OC.Lesson learned. I personally won't go back to this location.

Deals are incredible and the employees are so helpful and nice!

The prices are good. The quality of the clothing is decent and fashiable. They do not have a lot of deals but they have a lot of merchandise. Make sure they know how to apply discounts before buying it.

Had an aweful experience at this store today, the sales lady is racist to the core, my daughter and her while female friends went there, I (an Asian woman) was not greeted at all, the sales lady went straight to greet the white female friend. When I asked the sales lady couple of questions regarding the items on sale, the tone of answers were very cold. I ended up stand aside to wait for the friend the daughter finishing up the shopping, this sales lady stared me with a rather unfriendly manner, not saying one word. I then observed that she would greet the customers who are white in a warm tone. Never would I visit this store again! This sales lady is middle age with short black hair.

Great deals, specially for underwear. Some merchandise with normal price, but around half of the store is on sale, and even with 50% off extra. Worth!

This 1 star review is for the old woman at the fitting room. My experience with her tells me she is selective of providing good customer service. The moment I walked in at the fitting room I could sense negative energy from her. You know when you have that certain feeling towards another person who you know will just ruin your day? Yes that certain feeling. I was planning on detailing this whole experience but as I’m typing this, I feelMore agitated and sadder.So… I guess what I’m trying to say is, please be kind to everybody no matter what. Just because we are not the same skin color doesn’t mean you have to treat me less friendly and less nice than the customer next to my cubicle who is the same skin color as yours. You were not really nice to me. And mind you, that silence that happened right after I closed my cubicle door, I knew that you were talking about me with that other person who happened to have the same skin color as yours. And I know it wasn’t nice.So.. I thank you, old woman at the fitting room, for ruining my day. I thank you for making me sad. I thank you validating my decision not to move back to Durham Region because believe it or not, people in the Peel Region are more accepting and dare I say, civilized, in terms of people like you at this day and age, still refuse to be more accepting and kind to all people. Now, I am not asking for special treatment. It was never about that. It’s just about being kind to people no matter what. And for you, I guess that’s a luxury you cannot afford.Nevertheless, I still thank the other ladies at the store who provided sincere and genuine customer service. I love your store products and the sale prices you offer.

My daughter and I went into this location about an hour or so before the store closed, and received the best customer service! We’ve struggled in the past to find the perfect fit bra for my daughter and always seems like such a daunting task. But with the help of V, we purchased 5 new bras for my daughter. Thank you so much! I can’t express how much of a positive experience this was for her.

I enjoy looking around here. Nice lay out. Clean and friendly people. Good deals. Some price tags are a bit faded and I thought it said one price, really it was another due to the number on the sticker not being thick or clear enough.
