To celebrate ice off the lake this year my wife and I stopped at the Swiss Chalet in Bracebridge. Good service, hot food and welcoming service. Thanks Marissa you helped to make the experience more enjoyable.

Very disappointed in the hot chicken festive special. Maybe the amount of chicken that comes on one leg, it left me hungry. It cost more than the quarter chicken dinner but with less food. The place was clean and the server was quite nice but too busy.

There was only one server when we went. She was outstanding. Very aware of the room and seemed to anticipate and meet everyone's needs.

The server was wonderful but the chicken wasn't hot. I had SOOO much fat on my 2 chicken legs as you can see, more than meat. The bun was dry...almost stale - ish.

We gave Swiss Chalet the benefit of the doubt having had a reasonable done in experience a couple of months ago. This was terrible.My house is 3 minutes from the restaurant and we had dinner immediately. The fries were cold. The ribs felt like they came straight out of the fridge. The chicken was “not bad” at least mildly warm. The salad was tired and wilted. It will be a long time before we try them again. Sad. When I was young, Swiss Chalet was a family favourite.

I ordered a stir fry and the veggies were raw and the table was very sticky. Second time I’ve been disappointed will not go back

Totally a good experience. Placed an order and less than 5 mins at the table!Quarter chicken was juicy, salad fresh and wait staff eager to please. The place is clean and inviting. Will be back.

The food was great, people serving were clean and professional. I always get seated on time with no issues, I never have had problems with cold food or uncooked. Food the managers are amazing they are always ready to help you, overall great experience..!
