Stuffer Riders

I was so close to being hit at least 25 times today by these obnoxious and dangerous things at Tsawwassen mills. I was watching where I was going but I use leg braces and a cane, had a heavy backpack and am clearly not fast. Either make them slower or move them out of crowded malls, because children do not know how to watch where they are going or leave a bit of extra room for disabled people.

An awesome shop (for kids because they don’t know the price) but I tried it and it’s fun going around with these. I’m still emphatic with the pedestrians that might he scared of getting hit. I propose that the minimum age grows in the rush hours. And it would be fun if there was a way to really travel from a point to an other without having to return the stuffy to the original point

A very cool and fun thing to do with the whole family when there are not a lot of options left. The mall is super large, spacious and all on one level, so there is a LOT of room for you to ride without feeling bored. The staff, especially John and Simran, really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and safe, particularly in a pandemic environment. I was half expecting some stuffies to be dirty, needing charging, or out of order, but every single stuffy was pristine and in good working order! We were able to pick ANY stuffy! The store was clean, and they had one way traffic for people picking up and dropping off. They even have the UV light wand to kill viruses and germs on the stuffies. I have to say, I was a bit nervous about bringing the whole family to an indoor space, and the potential for crowds. However, because the mall is so large, the ceilings are so high, and the corridors are so wide, the worries completely dissipated upon arrival. We rode for 2 hours and got a ton of shopping done, as we easily parked the stuffies outside the shops. There was no concern about blocking customer access or getting in the way. We had riders ranging from 6 to 50 and everyone had a blast! The mall has something for everyone, and gives the feel of shopping in the States!

Make sure to check your receipts. Employees there are putting auto tips on your bills for not providing any real service. The machine wouldn't even let you bypass the option when you put 0 in the dollar amount.

I have rented here over ten times, all has been a very good experience. I don't understand the poor reviews, none of the staff have ever been rude to us. You get a frequently flyer card, so when you come back, its a good deal. I think they rely on repeat customers as it is not a cheap operation to run. We do a quick full lap, survey the shops and sales, that will take 15 minutes, you get a work out trying to keep up with your kid.

They wouldn’t let me ride with my friend, we are 17 and just want to enjoy these rides like we have at others malls. Specifically aberdeen has rejected us for not being 19 due to “if we break them” what calling us fat?? I was so excited and got shut down. seeing all the other kids riding them is so unfair. “Stuffy riders, made for kids, fun for all” NOT fun for all. Agist and discriminatory. I know my parents would NOT want to watch me ride on those things just so they can supervise us. Doing things without parental supervision is supposed to be 16 and up. FIX THIS STUFFY RIDERS!! LET THE RIDERS RIDEE

Had a great time rolling with these fur sure ! Awwesome humans (staff) note to self , ask for the govener to be lifted … they put governors on when they have Bday parties, ( insert Ricky Bobby statement here )

We tried it and my daughter had lots of fun. The staff was friendly and helpful the only downside for me is the price. 8 dollars for 10 min and then .50 per minute is expensive.

1st 10 min is $8 and after that every 10 mins is $5. Good and Fun ride but the attitude of the Guys is not good. They are not polite. They are kinda rude and arrogant. Doesn't matter you rent 1 stuffy or 10, no discount is given because they say they don't have competition. They have 2 store in the same mall but still you can't return it in the second store, you have to return to the same store where rented. They are just making excuse of covid which does not make sense.

The idea is fantastic and could be fun but not during the busy traffic that occurs on long weekends. Dodging shoppers was overly stressful. Saying sorry by passing pedestrians with inches to spare was intimidating.Not sure how you can make this a safer experience by not causing accentuating stress to the riders and shoppers simultaneously.
