Run don’t walk. My experience with Margaret and her firm was the most horrifying. She bullied and threatened me if I didn’t do what she said she would recuse herself. This happened many times and even in the middle of a hearing. She didn’t take my direction and was only interested in running up my bill. She should be disbarred. The first and only time I questioned her billing she quit. What a nasty person, she’s figured out how to get away with taking advantage of me. I always said I’ll need a lawyer to deal with her, now I need a lawyer to deal with her. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Almost 3 years on and I’m not farther ahead just much poorer.

Where do I start. Almost from the beginning Ravena seemed to be on my ex-wife side more than my own. Might add that there are no male lawyers here. Little details missed on a consistent basis. It took a year-and-a-half to sort out my separation agreement (that wasnt thier fault). The problem was my alimony payments and because my separation agreement wasn't signed for a year-and-a-half I was unable to write off any of my alimony payments because this firm did not put in a special stipulation that would allow me to do that. This being the case I was unable to write off over $5,000 of alimony. Once the document was signed I started getting emails asking when and if I was going to do my divorce? Each email cost $7 (I didnt know I was beiing charged everytime THEY decided to send me an email). This was a very poor experience with a very weak Law Firm. It cost me over $5000 to do my separation agreement. They didnt care about me, just that they got paid. Save your money and dont go near this firm. Not very competent, very disappointed.

I was very impressed with the service I received. The support staff were polite and courteous. I appreciated the compassion they had for my situation. I further appreciated the effort Ms. Hoover put into my situation. I was very happy with the end result. I highly recommend Ms. Hoover - she is very experienced and knowledgeable.

The best representation I could've ever asked for. Absolutely amazing personal relationship with my lawyer and there was awesome communication. I highly recommend this firm.

Very poor service. Constantly getting details wrong so that multiple emails are required back and forth for simple issues. Poor representation... more interested in rushing through than doing a good job and writing good firm orders the first time. Very poor communication between assistants and Lawyers.

Extremely frustrating and expensive experience. If you don't have deep pockets find someone else to represent you.
