Melissa is a very knowledgeable professional. She was present at the installation and conducted an on-site how to do it classroom approach which turned out to be very helpful. Her crew was keen to show how to maintain this scary new piece of machinery including furnace and filtration in our backyard. It was easy! The Ozone system was so easy to use I had friends dropping by to have a look and telling me that it was too good to be true. Now they swear they will replace theirs as soon as the system they presently have....fails. I would give Melissa and her crew at least a 10 and the best part is I think we are friends. Well, actually the litmus test" was that my wife was making the crew her famous Maple Chip Banana Muffins because they were working so hard. Keep up the great work Melissa."

We decided on a fibreglass pool because they are easy to maintain, easy to clean, and best of all, no liner! We were a little worried about the price of our electric and gas bill ( from the heater and pump), but we were pleasantly suprised it wasn't bad.

The Team at Imagine Fiberglass pools were great.Nice to see a detailed professional image created to have a visual of the completed pool in my backyard. Always helpful before during and after install.

Both me and my husband wrote these guys, my husband got a response, they asked our address, after looking from Google maps? told him our backyard looked pretty “busy” already - but we were willing to do some work on our part to help make a pool happen for our kids, but no one gave us the time of day to even tell them that, they just never got back to us. So, I wrote them myself, they asked for my address and again, no response. Not even an explanation as to why they wouldn’t be able to install a magic pool in our backyard.Ewwy.Edit in response:It was actually during the winter months that we sent out for your help in this project, and no, you made zero suggestions, as stated above you said space was limited and then continued to not answer me or my husbands emails.Funny how you pretend to know exactly who I am based on a Google name?If you wouldn’t mind sending that email again that you previously sent, we will be sure to take your advice, or even better you can point me in the direction of another authorized dealer so we don’t have to put up with each other :D

Update:Ultimately what this whole thing come down to is absolutely worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Rather than deal with people in a timely, professional way, the owner is defensive and seems more concerned with getting sued than doing the right thing. I won’t argue why my pool cracked but will say that if they had actually provided information on how to finish the pool and taken the time to explain what they think happened and how I fix the problem right away rather than making me wait for 4 months and the entire summer to pass, I suspect I would have been happier with their service. I also would not have had to spend the entire summer contacting other pool installers to do what the wouldn’t. I have absolutely no confidence in this company’s ability to follow through on any future warranty issues nor do I believe that they can be relied on for assistance once the cheque has cleared. I have issues with my gel coat which after 3 summers they still have not fixed and this latest problem with the cracks is just icing on the cake. They consistently blame me for not emailing enough and stating that I must not be that concerned because after several emails and phone calls they still haven’t follow through. If you are looking for a company who will back up their product and services, look elsewhere because I can say with certainty, they don’t respect their customers.

We put a down payment for the pool late summer of 2020 with an anticipated installation date of spring 2021 and were not disappointed. From the original computer generated design to the actual build, we could not be any happier with the service and attention to detail. Also, nothing cooler than seeing your pool drop in from a crane over your house! The entire process was very quick and the pool required very little maintenance over the summer. I've owned conventionally built pools in the past that are far less durable, harder to maintain, and more expensive to build. Thanks to Melissa and the staff at Image Pools helping us build a summer oasis on budget and on time!

We visited Imagine Fiberglass Pools for the first time in the summer of 2017. Melissa and Jim were very helpful in answering all our many questions. They were also able to provide us with a computer rendering showing us what the finished product would look like in our backyard. We waited until the summer of 2018 to go ahead with the project. The cost and timeline, both came in as promised. We have been very happy with the results.
