I recently visited Super Scoots in Edmonton and had an amazing experience with their customer service. The owner was extremely helpful and took the time to walk me around all the scooters, providing detailed explanations of each model. Although I didn't end up purchasing a scooter, it was still the most pleasant experience I've had in a long time. I highly recommend Super Scoots to anyone looking for an e-scooter in Edmonton. Friendly service, great communication , fantastic products .I bought a Blage GT and I love it . It's a beast ! I spend literally all of my free time on it , so you can imagine my disappointment when I managed to break my throttle (be careful of mud) . A text and a drive and a small repair fee later and it's like new again .Highly recommended. Buy a scooter from this guy . DO IT

Bought the teverun blade mini pro on the 10 inch tires.. man oh man.. what a ride this is! Extremley satisfied. Customer service is top shelf and comes with a 1 year warranty. They were extremely knowledgable and well versed with the teverun brand. Thanks again guys I'll eventually be coming back for another model!

5 star scooter, 5 star service! If you are at all thinking you may want a high end scooter, don't look anywhere else. The scooter is amazing. I got the Blade GT, which is extremely fast and tons of fun. Throw in the fact it is environmentally and economically friendly transportation and it was enough for me to order one. You won't be disappointed with the service the owner provides. He patiently answers all questions and has sent me out a part with no charge that I may or may not have inadvertently cross threaded when assembling. I was on the fence about getting one, and I am very glad I did!

Picked up my Teverun Blade Mini Pro today. The owner was one of the main reasons I decided to buy it. I messaged him lastnight and although it was late he spent a lot of time giving me information on the scooter. Fast prompt responses. Today, I spent time with him teaching me the controls and features of the scooter before I made the purchase. Highly recommend Super Scoots for your next scooter purchase. Super happy with my unit! Great selection of top quality scooters. Friendly and helpful staff. Best prices around - and one of the only places in Canada you can get Teverun scooters!UPDATE:After about a month of use, I had an issue with one of the components in my scooter. It was a controller failure and SuperScoots was SO helpful in troubleshooting with me & sending me the new part(s) I needed to get my scooter back up and running. Hatim was responsive, supportive, and really made me feel like he cared about me getting back on the scooter.CAN NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS ENOUGH - BUY YOUR SCOOTERS HERE :)
