Not responsive and repeatedly did not show up when they had scheduled appointments to come service my outdoor wood stove. I left several voicemails when there were no-shows and they never got back to me. Completed half the job and did not finish. I shouldn’t have given them a second chance after this happened the first time. Two strikes, you’re out.

Over the past Holiday season was told to buy heaters. They were going after previous owner, they didn't want to keep doing work that was covered under warranty. Hung us out to freeze. The worst showing by heating company ever!!!
