OK Tire

Great service, awesome shop, friendly, easy to talk to staff and prices. My set of 4 new winter tires PLUS storage came in less then my quote plus everything was done by the next morning (went in on boxing day & tires weren't available until the next day). I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Oh and Maggie, the pup there is beautiful!!

Dealing with Mike is a complete disaster. I cannot say enough bad things about my experience. Have you been to a store after speaking with someone there and they won't even introduce themselves? I purchased six 19.5. $4000. When I left the truck shook so bad one of the simulators came off on the way home. A $378 5 week replacement exercise. Went back and had all 6 wheels rebalanced, better but not good. BTW when I showed Mike was not there and the shop had no idea I had an appointment. Walked into Mike's office because he was hiding polishing his earring. Can you help me out with the $400 replacement and the fact that I have been driving around without the look it had when I brought it to you? Also had to take two days off work to get this back and forth. GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION IS MY ADVICE.

I'm a driver for another company and I had an energy drink explode on me inside my truck and I had just pulled up in front of this location to try to clean up. The staff here was so awesome they allowed me to use their washroom and even give me some cleaning supplies for my truck. I would highly recommend this place because they value customer service above all else.

Daughter needed assistance on boxing day. Fellow (owner/manager) was very helpful. Repaired damaged tire. Ordered snow tires and had them installed by early next morning so she could be headed home that same day. Can't thank them enough. Professional friendly came thru when needed and didn't take advantage. Thank you again.

I own a plumbing Company in Calgary and was tired of the stock tires supplied with one of our newer cargo vans. Thought I would change to something that wouldn't get me stuck in the snow in residential areas. Mike recommended a tire for me and man do they grip! A world of difference! And did the install while I waited, great service. Thank you!

Used to be the shop my Uncle worked at; but since he left...I was price gouged, over charged on basic front brake job. They tried to sell me on way more then I actually needed. Refused to order the cheaper parts. Didn't properly inspect the vehicle as a week later I found from a different shop that my lower control arm needed to be replaced.If my uncle still worked there I'm sure I would of had a different experience and review.DO NOT RECOMMEND

Nowadays, it is such a breath of fresh air to deal with people like Mike Brooks and his team at OK Tire on 60 Avenue SE. Why? Because they are trustworthy, honest people who genuinely care about their clients. I have had an oil change done there in the past, and I'll have it done there again any time. Most recently, this company went WAY above and beyond in their customer service. What they did needs to be praised out loud in a Google Review for everyone to see.When I got stuck in the snow during this last major snowstorm, right before Christmas, I knew that was a sign to have my tires checked. When I looked at things myself, I knew I for sure needed one of my front tires replaced immediately, and probably the rest of them soon. I brought my car over to Mike a few days later. I said, Just tell me what I need

I replaced my winter tyres through another OK tyre location and I was told to tighten the wheels after 100 kms of drive. I called this location and requested to perform the same task and explained them that I purchased the tyres from a different location. Gentleman whom i spoke to over the phone was very polite and accepted my request. I went to the place to get it done and within no time they took care of my request. It’s all about how you treat others that’s what makes business better than others. I am very happy with my interaction with any OK tyre location here in Calgary. I wouldn’t go anywhere else even if someone offers me half the cost. You got my lifetime business. Thank you so much for being awesome!

Two thumbs up for Chappy and his team at OK Tire. They're always pleasant, flexible, and very helpful. I've been here for three tire rotations and new summer tires at my last visit. Competitive pricing and great service.
