Friendly knowledgeable staff. Our new puppy had been having some tummy trouble with his food. After a few trial and errors, thanks to the staff we now have a food that he can eat.Love that they are willing to take open bags back.

I love this store! After just getting our new puppy i ventured in because they are the only store in the city to sell Holistic Blend since Loblaws is phasing it out. Their prices are extremely competitive and the owner is so friendly. He went around the store with me and helped me pick relevant products for my puppy. He wasn't even trying to upsell me, he was genuinely trying to find the right products for me. If i picked something up i didn't need he told me. Will definitely be back! Thanks!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ed took the time to explain the nuances of all of the different types and brands of dog food. Ed helped me to make an informed choice, and is an invaluable member of that store. I will make that location my 'pet supplies store' of choice because of him.
