Very tense place. The woman attands the bakery as well, and I felt rushedI wanted to check unusual cotton and yarn, and browse, but she was so stern, I WANTED TO GET OIT OF THERE!Bad bussiness attitude.I asked for a special gadget, that is being used, to knit or make hats, and she responded in a passive aggressive manner; 'we are a knitting place, we sell everything for knitting only'.I flew out of the place, to never come back.I just moved in the area and wanted to familiarize myself with it. The main reason I won't support this LYS is the crusty, unpleasant owner. I haven't been in since a couple of years before the pandemic, so perhaps she's lifted her game - but I won't be going back to find out. I know a fair number of knitters in this area and have heard various stories about the proprietor's demeanour from most of them. If you're the one doing the selling, it behooves you to be customer-oriented and at least minimally pleasant and helpful.

Store was closed when I arrived, asked next door at the bakery as per sign on the door and they assured me it would be open in max 5 mins.... 25 mins later I gave up and left.If the store is appointment only it would be good to post that on the website and social media.

The one sales associate is amazing, helpful, and funny. The store has yarn of various weights and needles. Alwas a great resource for information.The yarn selection is a little lacking. Its not great for young knitters (I'm mid 20s). I was a little let down. The needle selection however is great and well priced. I will be going back for tools and to see if they get cataloges in.
