Another successful year of rental with amazing customer service and knowledgeable staff during installation. I had minor adjustments and they worked with me to customize my needs.. amazing job again this year.

The service from Abris was absolutely superb! From booking the rental, to installation & removal - every step of their service was excellent! Abris service is far above any I have ever received from any company in Quebec or Ottawa. I cannot sing their praises enough!

Quality of the tent is not worth it. $1000 spent and It collapsed on my car even when they told me to take the extra proper anchors ($150). They did not offer any sort of compensation concerning it and said that they couldn't do anything about it as it was my fault we had rough winters. Save your money and go with someone else.

The company causing problems with the neighbors due to non-compliance with the municipal regulations for the installation of snow shelters.

Worst service ever!!! Our tent just fell because of the weight of the snow, mind you, of course no one from the company told us that we are supposed to remove the snow because the tent cannot hold all the weight of the snow. The tent fell and damaged and scratched our car and the company is taking no responsibility and is doing nothing to help us. They want us to pay for an additional tent, like $1000 wasnt enough, and we just got our tent less than three months ago. Do not use them!!!!!

1) I am accepting apologies NOT OFFERED for blocking me from getting into my driveway and for strewing their equipment on it and my lawn while taking down the neighbour's tempos;2) I am accepting thanks NOT RECEIVED for not calling the city for doing so and saving them a $745 fine;3) I am ignoring the ignorant We're working here!" and all the other obnoxious comments by the workers when I pushed back and stood my ground.4) I offer my thanks to the one who helped me back out of my driveway when needing to go out soon after. It is for him that I give a star."

We are Very disappointed to say the least. The tent provided leaked all winter and several of the wing nuts loosened and fell off.We went out Tuesday evening (April 14 2020) a main cross brace had become unattached at one end and swung down on both vehicles, scratching the hood on one and damaging the side of the other. We contacted the business and spoke to Francois on April 15, he advised a woman would be coming to access damages later in the afternoon of the 16th , shelter to be removed the following week.The morning of April 16th, we were awakened by the dismantling of the shelter at 930. The damaging rods had already been removed. I was furious and the 2 men knew nothing about the problems. I called Francois and he claimed to be unaware that they were dismantling was happening so soon. No woman has arrived to access damage and no further contact from company. Not the end of this !!
