Horrible. Don't go there. You will waste you precious time by bunch of genius" people who cannot do anything.The quality of apple products are getting worse as well. My airpod pro got broken within 3 years with super gentle use (<30 min per week). They admit that there are many defective products but they are not going to repair/replace."

I had an appointment to get my screen replaced. I didn't have to wait to meet with a technician, they were ready as soon as I arrived. She reviewed several different options with me including checking with a colleague for available upgrades with my carrier and answered all my questions about getting it replaced by a third party retailer. In the end I got the screen replaced within the hour and was back on my way. Next phone I'm definitely getting Applecare because it would have been free.

Technician said the problem most likely cannot be fixed and tried to sell me a new phone instead. Having done research on the issue myself I suspected it to be a quick fix.I took the phone to a repair shop who was able to identify and fix the issue within 30 minutes. The issue was a loose battery connector.

This Is My Apple Watch Series 2 My Cousin Gave it To Me For My Birthday 5 Years Ago It’s In Bad Condition Currently Which Is In Bad Condition The Battery Is Dead All I Needed Is To Have It Fixed Which Yes They Did They Did Replace The Batteries And It Took Less Than 30 Minutes!

I came unexpectedly for a repair or replacement, Ruby I believe is her name booked us in for an appointment to be in 1 hour. Great we walked around the mall came back, Chris was our specialist and my little guy explained to him what was happening and he took care in listening to a 10 yr old. In the end replacement coming in less than a week thanks to Apple care great service !

Went tonight with my daughter to check out her iPhone 13 which we thought had a dead battery. Adam walked us through diagnostics and demonstrated a hard reset that solved the issue while also providing a great number of tips for managing going forward. Professional and knowledgeable. Excellent experience.
