Reasonably good most of the time... I just had an odd experience when I asked where a GI was made and the person avoided an answer. I find the certain countries have different grades of workmanship and and fabric.

I bought a karate dogi online, and when I got it, the fitting was loose. The customer service (especially Josette) was excellent. They explained the sizing and the shrinkage, but I sent it back anyway. They were charged custom fees by UPS ( I am from the US), I offered to pay half, but the supervisor paid it all. They gave me full refund plus a portion of the return shipping. I highly recommend this store.

Terrible service. Went to their store 1 month ago, bought 200$ worth of equipement including a belt that had to be embroid.As I am choosing what to put on my belt, the employe specify that the only extra cost are “full dans”, other than that, you can choose anything and won’t change the price. (19$ + 3$ for full dans) Final price was suppose to be 23$. As I leave the store the employe specifies that I’ll have my belt within 10 work days.2 weeks later, no news from them. They then explain me over the phone (because I called them) that it’s NOT their fault but the guy that embroids the belt. Fast forward, it took a MONTH to get a belt.When picking it up, the bill was now up to 52$. I then explain what the employe told me about the pricing on the belt and the other employe goes off by saying, “well I can’t be mad at her, she’s fired”. Doesn’t rectify the situation or excuse themselves. Then I underline the 4 weeks delay to get the belt, all she said was “well if you are not happy, just leave it here”.Even though the FINAL product of the belt was amazing not because of Jukado, but of the guy that embroided the belt, the service received from Jukado as an entermediaire between the client and the embroiderer was awful.
