Excellent service, friendly, competent staff. The upgrade to a charger was a nice bonus, very smooth ride. I actually started to enjoy driving again. Best place to rent a car in Burlington. They offer additional insurance as well.

Had to rent a car while our car was being repaired . All I can say about the team here is Wow you are amazing .Service was quick and friendly from picking me up to getting me on the road. We even left a heavy bowling bag in the car and they kept it for a long time as we forgot to pick it up, and they saved the day for my son . Great Job to the whole team I would highly recommend you rent with Enterprise !!!

Great Customer Service! No complaints at all! Except, Guys it’s time to write off those Fords Expedition’s MAX . I took it with caution because it was over 90k on odometer and some sounds that were coming from the wheel hub was not good at allIt’s just time… Yukons XL pls or Suburban would be much better for the fleet to to consider!

Had reason to rent from these guys on a number of occasions recently. If it were not for Will at the front desk I would have gone elsewhere the second time I needed a car. Not going to name names other than to call out Will for making up for an overall poor experience. Cars are in bad shape in particular the Expedition. This vehicle serves its purpose but has seen better days. They advertise clean cars. Well each car I have had including the BMW from today are always dirty. Somebody needs to show the cleaning crew how to clean a car inside and out. A quick spray down before I step into it is not my idea of clean. The interiors are not clean either, windows, steering wheel, all surfaces need a clean. It’s as though they have not bothered with an interior clean at all. Todays car even had a perfume smell.Called the office after picking up the car and Will said they would cover the cost of a clean while I am using the car. Based on his customer service I will continue to consider Enterprise Burlington for future rentals.

Been coming here for long time now. I have spinal injuries which they know about so I have to rent a certain vehicle. So every weekend I book a truck with running boards for the last 2 months. They told me they would make sure they have it all the time for me. Aaron the regional manager is of no help at all. To make things worse he sent a driver to my home said they had a truck at another location, so the driver and I were half way there when he got a call saying we don’t have a truck now. So now my back and my leg is in so much pain because of the seats in that vehicle this is why I rent truck with running boards, comfortable seats and easy to get in and out of. The only one I can drive without pain. Aaron has passed me over to his boss now Mike let’s see if he can make things right. Plus half the staff they have working here have no clue what they are doing SMH.

I rented a car here recently and was very impressed with both the staff and car. The staff were friendly and had everything ready when I arrived. I also appreciated that they weren't pushy in trying to sell their own insurance to me. The car was spotless and drove great.I'd highly recommend Enterprise on Harvester Road.

Worst experience ever, they charged us for extra fuel even after we were told that it should be just above Full which it was. We had no problem for paying even extra if she would have asked nicely. The lady manager was very rude and unpolite, showing us attitude. We wouldn't recommend this enterprise location to anyone. We are giving them business and their team is acting up like they are doing us a favour.

I had a booking for minivan at this location and I was given all sorts to reasons to cancel/pay more because I had a corporate booking and they wished to give to someone who would be paying a higher price. I could have still gotten the car because I knew I was right, but the bad attitude got to me and I was sure they find a way to stick me with something later. Extremely unprofessional.

Is there a way to mark 0 stars? Place opens at 7:30am on Wednesday, October 31st. I was dropped off there at 7:30am, doors were locked and i knocked on windows, no one was there. I booked my reservation last night for 7:30am. I called them, no one picked up. I ended up waiting out in the pouring rain for 45 minutes as I was stranded, hoping someone who worked there would show up. Even the other enterprise location wasn't picking up their phones. Luckily a nice gentleman, who thought the place opened at 8am, who even mentioned since this new management they've been terrible, gave me a ride to Thrifty. Luckily someone was actually working at Thrifty and I managed to get their last rental. I was an hour late to work and my hair and clothes were ruined no thanks to this location. I even called at 9:30 to cancel my appointment and still no answer...did everyone decide to take a day off?Horrible service. Is it even called service at this point? Absolutely awful experience.Update - a man named Steve Sabadin has got in touch with me and promised a free rental via email over a month ago. Have not received this email. Just getting ridiculous at this point.DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

Pros:Friendly staffEasy rental processIf you are renting through insurance, this is a pain free process.Cons:Understaffed (at least when I was there - 1 person to answer phones and serve customers, plus bring the cars around)First car I rented, the service light was on the whole time, the windshield washer fluid leaked and the brakes squeaked. 2nd car was in good shape with no concerns.
