The coffee here is just too notch! Every drink on their menu is delicious, and will definitely leave you with a bit of a caffeine buzz! Also offer some lovely desserts. Great atmosphere and friendly staff as well. One thing that could be improved is having a more efficient ordering and payment system. They are usually pretty busy, but only have one debit machine.

Sweets and bakery such as banana bread that I had, it was super dry didn't enjoy it. Coffee was ok.Staff are nice but they almost looked that they have crunch against you, not as friendly as you would expect.Love the decoration.Will I go there again? It's questionable

I was really starting to enjoy coming to this Cafe on the regular - until recently when I decided to ask the staff for their assistance clarifying a drink I ordered. They were very rude to me about it, for no reason at all. I approached them as nice as possible, as I wasn't upset.The man with glasses snapped a remark at me and then walked away and ignored me. He clearly isn't interested in customer service or being helpful.With customer service that disgusting, unfortunately its enough to make me not want to return for their food and beverage.

We were downtown and decided to stop on for brunch. The food was good. We purchased the Turkey sandwich and jalapeno bagel with cream cheese. If you are familiar with the Costco bagels I believe that is where they get them from. I went to the washroom to wash my hands and just had an issue with the tap. To wash your hands you have to hold the tap down and can not let go. It was not only hard to wash as one hand has to hold the tap but it is not sanitary and it was gross.

My favourite coffee shop in Windsor. Whenever I am in downtown I make sure to visit. They offered the best coffee and I really like the atmosphere and the super friendly staff

Best coffee in Windsor, my favourite is the Costa Rican cielo alto coffee. It bites. =]. Thank you Coffee Exchange, looking forward to many more visits in the years to come.

I loved this place while I was in Windsor. Great coffee and friendly staff members and nice place to work from. Only downside is their internet speed sucks so you are better off using your phone as Hotspot.

The Coffee Exchange was an impromptu breakfast date on a whim while visiting Windsor. We got the caramel macchiato & Viennese cappuccino, both of which were to DIE for. We also got the everything bagel with cream cheese and turkey added. The barista was super kind and even brought us our food while we were sitting outside. We wanted to buy seconds for the road before we were even finished with the first. This was the best place for coffee we went to while in Windsor. Highly recommend.
