This is my 2nd time to this place. I came here a couple of years ago. Really amazing service. The server was really kind and she helped us out even when the food was late. The food was pretty good too. I had the pesto ravioli and it was delicious. And the portions for all the dishes we ordered were pretty good. Definitely a place to try out.

First time coming here for my birthday lunch with my buddy perry, and we loved it! The apps were amazing, the chicken was juicy and tender, the ciabatta bun was soft and crunchy, chicken Parm was good, and the spinach dip was KILLER. I highly recommend the apps. Pickle spears were also absolutely to die for.The Sangria was delicious as well. I asked for a blackberry sangria, and was given blueberry. Not an issue to me, but will state that.

This place USED to be great!! I don’t know what’s happened but wow. We ordered pick up tonight and ordered from the link menu online like we always have. I get there and the bill was much more expensive than usual. I had no idea they raised their prices. I ordered a side of “seasoned” fries expecting to get the delicious ones they used to have instead I got soggy not seasoned fries. I was really disappointed. The rest of our order was fine but when you consider the dessert as the best part….there’s something wrong. They raised the prices but the food remained the same. Do better Factory House!

Another fantastic meal at the Factory House. Meat Lovers Pizza was delicious and big enough for two. Carrot Cheesecake is a show stopper, highly recommended!

I don't give 5 stars often however there was nothing wrong with anything. Food was scrupulous, service was amazing, Emma was attentive but not hovering, drinks were made well and the prices were great. overall, one of our best dining out experiences in a long time. Thank you

The food was okay, I asked for their most popular item which was the factory burger, and it was good but not mind blowing. It was very slightly above average. What I think needs the most improvement and would significantly enhance the overall experience would be, if they got better fries. Their fries are all burnt and 60% skin somehow. It works for new york fries but these just taste burnt or overcooked. There were no redeeming qualities for the fries, they were even seasoned poorly. Hopefully I have a better experience next time.Also consider changing the name, Factory House doesn't sound very appetizing, almost like all the food was made in a factory. Factory just isn't a good name for an eatery, but I feel like the food perfectly reflects that actually. Basically there is nothing that stands out about the food, generic, standard quality like you'd get at a factory. Maybe that was the whole gimmick but who would build a restaurant based on being industrialized and standard. I feel like they need to aim higher.

First time visiting. Was with a group of 12. The atmosphere and ambiance were perfect. Thumbs up to our waitress I believe her name was Emma. She was attentive to all our needs throughout the evening. The food was prepared fresh and to taste. Shared pickle spears with my wife. The dipping sauce was the perfect match for them. I had the hangover burger which was topped with a fried egg and bacon while my wife had the arricini balls. Both meals were prepared perfect. Well be back

This was my first time at the restaurant. The interior was quite nice and cleanly. The waitress serving us was not as welcoming and friendly making this a four star review. I asked for the Dijon aioli to be removed from my sandwich in which the waitress had to ask twice “you want it without?” and shook her head when confirming my order. The food was amazing despite the mediocre service. The beefy dip is one of my favourites. The au jus was very nice to dip into and made the sandwich less dry (as I do not like Dijon). The fries itself was incredibly crispy and flavourful. My cousins ordered the Szechuan chicken lettuce wraps and the Buffalo chicken burger. Although the wraps are an appetizer, it is very filling as a meal itself and quite delicious. It does not feel heavy and would recommend if you would like something lighter. Will definitely be heading back for the food.

I must say my daughter told us to go there it was our sons grad day. It was very busy and they were short staffed but our waitress Chloe was super friendly and kept her spirits up. They were even out of cutlery when we got our food but she busted in seconds and got it to us. Hats off to Chloe! The food was huge and really good too

I enjoyed the look and feel of this restaurant, they did a really nice job with the decor. The food was standard, nothing that really stands out as fantastic. The portions were a little on the small side. We ordered a tea and that arrived at the table lukewarm and took about 15 minutes to be replaced. The server was friendly but not very attentive. We waited nearly 20 minutes for her to bring the bill out at the end.
