Usually a good experience here, however my husband just went to renew his motorcycle insurance and had to deal with an extremely rude worker here. Very put off, and will not be doing business here any more.

I went to this location as it was closer to home and I had already been told by a previous agent at another insurance half hr before the price for me to cancel. This lady decided to try and charge $18 extra for missing form that you usually keep in your glove box when you get your insurance and I'm only quoting the renewal form not the owners transfer nothing and she tried blaming ICBC. Shame on you, I immediately went back to other location and got the same price quoted . I'M CANCELLING MY INSURANCE BECAUSE IF NOT IT BOUNCES TOMORROW yet this lady wants to add more cancellation fees and blame them. Wow!!!!

Absolutely terrible service. Renewed my policy without me even asking them to do so on a property I don't even live at anymore. Argued with me on the phone trying to tell me it was my fault instead of owning up to their mistake and reimbursing me.Took several months to actually cancel the policy and correct the situation. Do yourself a favour and go to any other insurance company than this one.
