Amazing as always, got me in within two days of contacting. Great service, will continue to use orkin ever year for those pesky box elder bugs!

We recently discovered we had raccoons climbing into the soffit of our roof. Gustavo came and went over our options we had to get rid of the issue, and didn’t push anything we didn’t need. 2 weeks and nothing was caught and we blocked off the point of entry where they were getting in. He suggested that there wouldn’t be much point to continuing to try and trap them if they weren’t able to get into our home anymore. He easily could have suggested we keep the traps open and continued to charge us each time, but instead he agreed with me that we stop as he fixed the issue. We had used a previous company that charged us $100 to not even walk around the whole house, and didn’t even think raccoons were the issue. Highly recommend them, and they are well worth the wait if they can’t see you right away!! Thank you so much we are very happy with Orkin!

Well it’s not so great. The man has never returned to empty traps. I paid for three months service and only saw him to drop traps three months ago. So not to pleased with the poor service. I called the dispatch early Feb. because he never came back in January. Not sure what to do now. Had issues as well when I tried to get him out to my house at the beginning.

The tech (Evan) that manages the rodent population on my property, does a great job. I had a visible problem that surfaced in my house, I contacted Evan and he came to the house right away to investigate the problem and provided a solution by providing more bait traps in my crawl space. Visible problem no longer exists.

Srayed the perimeter of our home very thoroughly. Showed me the activity in our mouse traps. Took care of the ant bait boxes. Very professional, interactive and well-groomed. Good Job!
