Paris Nails

I have been going to Sarah at Paris Nails for several years now. She is always does an amazing job and always accommodates my schedule. I have recommended her to friends who also love her! I highly recommend!

Let the overall low rating on this place be a WARNING. This place is atrocious. I had an appointment for 10, got there and they overbooked severely. There was no room to walk around. The workers had the worst attitudes, one of which nearly shouted in my mother’s in law face when my MIL asked her where should we go to select polish? We literally walked out and left, that’s how bad the service was. There was no apology for the overbooking and impoliteness. Do. Not. Bother. Going. Here!

I've never been there before and I took my daughter for her bday. I told them she wanted the $55 shellac nails and I wanted the $45 pedicure package. I asked if it cost more for a design, the lady asked me to show her the design. she said ya, she can do that. I said if there's a charge, I didn't want. multiple times. she kept saying it's ok she can do it. THERES a CHARGE! the man who did my daughters finger nails also charged more for the length. she showed him a picture of the colors she wanted, but he insisted on duplicating it exactly. She asked them to he shorter but he he didn't understand " I was expecting a $110 bill

I am coming back to Paris Nails because of one of the technicians that just started there and I am hoping that Paris Nails continues to keep a clean and thoroughly disinfected area which I noticed they were doing while I was there. More nail shops need to be very stringent on that. All of the women doing nails had masks on, which also made me feel very comfortable. The girl I love there her name is Sarah. From my experience, the quality of your nails will depend on the nail tech you get. I recently had my nails done for the first time in years and Donna did an excellent job! I went back today and got another shellac manicure done by a different nail tech, Heidi, and it's not nearly as good. I have rough edges on most of nails, the polish is touching my cuticles on at least a few of my nails, plus there's random bits of polish on my skin. Definitely not the quality that I was expecting after my first visit which is very disappointing.

I have had the pleasure of having Sarah as my nail tech for the last year since moving to Belleville, she always does such an amazing job and she always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. She has real talent and I can’t wait to continue to get my nails done by her.

Always has a spot ready for me, I've never had to wait for very long. Anytime my nails didn't turn out the way I wanted them was because I didn't trust the process and didnt let the professionals make the judgement call.Prompt service, do what you ask, clean and expedient. If you speak up while in the process, you'll have no issues. If they can turn my hooves into feet and toes and my claws into fingers and nails, then you've got nothing to worry about.

Paris nails is a very clean and professional place. I have been going to Sarah for for my nails for a long while now and she is amazing every time! She’s very careful and gentle and always does exactly what I want.
