Annoying when you drive across town to patronize this store, to buy a regularly stocked item, to find that they don't have it. I know things happen, but this has happened on my last 4 trips. I will call first from now on, since I have to travel a bit of a distance to shop there. People are great and so are their prices.

Been dealing with these folks since the store opened in North Bay. All they ask is year, make and model. It's not their fault if manufacturers change parts mid year, sometimes it's just difficult to find the right part but they always work with me to get it right.

Very displeased with the way we were treated... A North Bay store ordered the wrong parts for my car then refused to serve me because of their error... played the blame game with ken finch..ordered the wrong part..and Dan refusing to absorb the extra cost....poor customer service.....avoid them!!!
