Been going on and off for years since it's close by, but today is the last time I give them my business. Honestly this place takes way too many clients at once and is rushed and sloppy. I do not recommend it anymore. The owner did my nails, he lied on the phone saying he offers a service (sns dip nails) when in fact he does a modified version which is not at all the same. He was so busy taking payments from other clients and answering the phone that he wasnt listening to me and cut off my nails short thinking I wanted tips/extensions even though I specified I wanted it on my natural nails. It was too late to change anything so I had to go with what he wanted. Although the manicure looks nice is it NOT what I asked for. Then I had a less than average pedicure, probably could have done better at home myself.

This place has nice people but horrible service. I got my nails done there Monday may 30th at 12 o’clock. This lady was using the drill on my real nails before applying the nail tips and she cut me on the side of my nail 3 times when I literally said OW! And she would just laugh. I wanted a certain look as well and I even showed her a picture of what I wanted but it was so rushed and sloppy. The nails are bumpy, crooked, and not even shaped properly. On top of that she didn’t even put the acrylic powder down to my cuticle. I paid 70$ for it too when I wish I didn’t. HORRIBLE. You’ve lost a client.

I went there for manicure and pedicure on 07 June but I don't like their services at all, they do nothing but only charge you $$$. When I ask lady counter that I came here first time but m not satisfied she said if go other place you pay higher. My question is -whats the use of money they are charging us if they can't provide any good service . For pedicure , she started directly with color , then I ask her why you are not doing any scrub or polish then she did little bit scrubbing. Totally money wastage if you go there . Usually I don't give any bad review to any one but here I would like to give them 0 star .

I am extremely unpleased with my experience! I got acrylic nails and each nail was either lop sided or just had a different shape. In addition, 3 of my nails had a bumpy surface that was very noticeable. I do not like writing negative reviews, but today one of my nails broke only after a week of getting them done. My fresh set didn't even have time for a refill.

Super happy with the regular mani-pedi that I had today. The service includes exfoliation and massage, what else can we ask for.Super agreeable ambiance, clean and well done, she took her time and I appreciate it. The cherry on top was the price, on top of all, it was affordable!! Very very satisfied costumer, will come back regularly!!

Nice people but Bad service. Pay attention to the reviews. What they say is true. Overcharged.cost more than any place in the west island and service not good. Charged to clean cuticles... who does that????? Its apart of a mani pedi. Common sense!!

Fantastic service, the employers are both professional and efficient! Had a full set from one of the lovely female workers, she did a fantastic job! What i love is that it is that the price is affordable and the results exceeded my expectations! i showed them a design i had wanted and they followed through with it.I will be coming back very soon to get infills!

Didn't like it, she put the top coat so thick it was trapped under my nails. Also more on the expensive side. you have to pay extra to get your cuticles cleaned. Never been at a place that had an extra fee for that. More in the expensive side

One of the worst nail salons I have been too in a long time.I went in for a Gel Refill. They refused to refill them and insisted I needed a new set which would have cost 68$, without tip, when their new set prices are advertised at 48$!!!I ended up just agreeing to a manicure which costed 45$ and that chipped immediately.Anywhere else i would have paid 45$ for a new set or a refill.

Customer service was not on point. Was given a price and charged another. Not professional. Seems like most people are having similar issues. Regret not reading theyre reviews before going in. Id definitely take that one star back if i could but unfortunately i cant. One would think after all theses reviews they would change a bit.run me back my money
