I wish I could give them no stars. My customized job developer did a cold call to this daycare and they replied that they don't hire males! That is being prejudice! I'm a male and I'm very offended by this! Both females and males require a Criminal Record Check and as long as it's clear, it should e a non-issue! Men are just as good as women for daycare work, if not, better! We have different perspectives than women and are more creative! We may either be an extra role model or sometimes even the only male role model for children and that's very important! They need both male and female role models! Plus, children tend to listen to men better than women.Women have been fighting forever for gender equality, but when men want jobs in a female dominated field like childcare, it's frowned upon! That's called being prejudiced and hypocritical!If women want gender equality, then how about they also give men gender equality? It works both ways! Childcare NEEDS more of us men, period! These are the 2020's! Start treating men exactly how you want to be treated!
