BC Modern Stairs + Glass

Built a new house in Delta recently and used them for exterior and interior frameless glass railings. They were very professional and did an amazing job.

BEWARE***** Of companies that change their name frequently to avoid getting bad reputations. This company used to go by the name of BC Frameless Glass but that website 'suspiciously' shut down. Shoddy poor workmanship, took 60% up front, took 6 MONTHS to do the job, and only by hounding them would they even come back, problem after problem, poorly trained installers, (or not trained at all?), frameless glass rail was uneven, not level, top rail wasnt attached properly, silicone all over, Demanded final payment and was threatening and intimidating us before fixing the issue. Ended up with a very poor product, and even the glass had issues that they would not take responsibility for. Stay FAR FAR away from this company. Don't trust any business that does not list the principles/owners by name and a way to contact them. I regret ever having hired them and would have gladly paid more (even though this was over 10K) for a quality product.

I am a contractor and was working on a high end new construction build on Whiterock.I had an opportunity to work with Vancouver frameless. The level of quality and professionalism was refreshing to work with.Scheduling was accurate and the work areas were safe and clean to be around.Highly recommend hiring them for your projects.

We had four frameless shower doors installed - two that had special requirements. They were able to accommodate my job request above and beyond expectations. Would definitely recommend.

Great communication and transparency over what was and was not possible when it came to fitting their stairs into our house. Very happy with the design and installation and will be recommending BC Modern to others.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.These people cannot be trusted.I was hired as a welding contractor to fabricate their hand rails.He was constantly late paying his employees and contractors.The handful of jobs I was assisting with were completely botched and I was told to jerry rig fix it, finally one of the customers was so fed up with the run around Mandip was giving them they asked for a refund.The operation is unprofessional, the employees are untrained and the manager (Mandip) cant even show up on time and sober to work, Mandip literally smoked weed inside the shop, inside the office, with his employees and myself present without consent or consideration.If the treatment of Mandip's employees and contractors seem appalling to you, the treatment of his customers are even worse.In the short time I worked for them I have personally seen Mandip lie to customers and tell his employees to lie to customers.Mandip is completely dishonest and CANNOT BE TRUSTED.Here's a few examples of why;-Spray painting handrails with cheap paint when they are supposed to be powder coated-Spray painting hardware worth thousands of dollars when again, they are supposed to be powder coated-I witnessed him commit a hit and run on a parked scooter. He backed into the scooter and drove off, he later then phoned me and told me not to tell anyone.-Not paying his employees or paying them late by weeks or even months.-Attempts to jerry rig fix hand rails when the correct action is to make a new product altogether.This company owes me 71 hours in wages and refuses to pay, I'm absolutely certain they have done this to other employees and customers.Again. If you value your time and money...STAY FAR AWAY.

As a builder I can say this company really knows what they are doing. They installed glass doors, wine rooms and floating stairs for the last three houses I built. I will be using Vancouver Frameless Glass for all my future projects. Excellent service and high quality products.

Outstanding work by BC Modern on the stairs and glass railings in our new home. Adding floating stairs really adds to the modern look and opens up the house. Would highly recommend.
