Inverness Miners' Museum
Truly tremendous tour done by the young man who was guiding my wife and I. The museum is quite old, but it gives it a very authentic feeling (it used to be the train station). He told us so much about the history of Inverness and the miners that we felt like we had lived it ourselves! Highly recommend you check out this hidden gem.

We stopped in at the museum today and it was a wonderful experience. The museum is filled with a variety of items and stories about the town and mining. The gentlemen who worked there was both informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend that you stop by and take a look around if you are in the area.

Great little antique shop in there with some cool stuff. Defiantly check it out if you are in the area, never know what they will have. And the lady seems very nice and knowledgeable, willing to look for that item for you.
