I went to Hoedeman Optical to get a contact prescription and they were absolutely amazing! I had my glasses which I made the mistake of buying elseway for just over a year which I struggled with not only the fitting of the glasses, but I found myself not being able to see with the prescription they were. The optician at Hoedeman gave excellent service and took his time with me making sure he got the prescription right. He showed me the difference in what my glasses prescription was and compared it to what it should of been and I could not believe it. They went above and beyond with their service and I will definitely be returning in the near future to purchase a pair of glasses. Thank you Hoedeman Optical!

We highly recommend hoedeman optical. Tom and Krista are both amazing people who will do everything they can to help you with your eye wear needs. Their service definitely goes above and beyond. If you need eye wear and want a place to feel like your part of a family when buying eye wear choose hoedeman optical. I will never shop anywhere else as long as they are there.

Great service, super friendly people and awesome store.I took my work glasses to three different places in Vancouver and they all told me it can not be fixed. My colleague suggested to try Hoodeman optical. Tom was able to fix my glasses on the spot and he was more than fair for his services!!Highly recommended

Purchased my daughter's 4th pair of glasses here, and I am incredibly impressed with the durability of the lenses. It's been months and there isn't a scratch on them. You really do get what you pay for! She is so happy to have a unique and comfortable pair of glasses. She gets complimented on them all the time. Service was outstanding and we will definitely be going back when it's time for a new pair. Thank you!

Excellent service at this location. I needed my glasses repaired, and the young woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and knowledgeable with all the questions I had. My glasses were in pretty bad shape, and she fixed them right then and there! Would definitely return in the future and would recommend this location for all your optical needs

We normally get our families glasses at Hoedeman and they are fantastic. Today, I stopped in to get a pair of glasses fixed. I didn’t even buy the glasses at Hoedeman and the gentleman fix them on the spot free of charge and was finished within five minutes. These guys are amazing! Thank you so much for always going above and beyond for your customers!

I am a customer of Hoedeman Optical for a few years now and always have received outstanding service from Tom and his staff. Recently I badly bent my eyeglasses frame and was afraid that I had to buy a new frame and lenses. However, Tom said he will try to straighten the frame to its original position. Within a week I had my repaired frame back. The frame is as good as new at no charge to me. Tom, I appreciate the professional service I receive from you and your staff. Thank you!
