Very happy with the services provided.We required a full ductwork installation, with furnace, air conditioner, HRV, and a tankless water heater.They met with me and worked around our timelines to plan everything out, and then consistently provided input on what the best way was to move forward on the project.This job was a tough one, with not a lot of space to work with. Despite this, their work was fast, very clean, and very high quality. They did not leave a mess, and did not make any mistakes always consulting with us about any uncertainties. Great care and consideration was taken to space everything out so as to not disrupt the utility of the living space.The employees are polite, courteous, and did not disrupt the neighbors.On top of all this, the prices offered are very competitive; outright beating anyone with lesser customer service.They are true professionals, would hire them in a heartbeat for any future HVAC projects.

Yuri is an awesome Hvac tech that walked us through the entire process of replacing our furnace. He did not try to push us into anything, and answered all our questions promptly with patience and clarity. As new home owners, he educated us on the types of furnaces out there and what can be done to prolong the heating system. He gave us options on what to choose, and answered all of our questions. He does his due diligence by understanding your home structure before going recommending anything in the first place. He also accommodated with our schedule and gave constant updates during the installation. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the HVAC-Group! I called about a problem with our furnace, and Yuriy came by on the same day to see what he could do. He discussed in detail the possible solutions and provided quotes, without pushing any particular service or plan. The new furnace was installed in half a day and has been working without noise or other issues. Throughout the process, all the people I met were knowledgeable, genuine, friendly, and masters of the trade.

Yuri was recommended to us by another contractor and we are glad that we had him install a new furnace and tankless water which included removing the old furnace and extra duct work. Everything went every smooth. Yuri was in Vancouver when we first called but he come over as soon he arrived back and explained everything and gave us a quote. If you re looking for a HVAC professional i would definitely recommend him. I found him to reliable and trustworthy and he has a passion and takes pride in his work and a very good personality. I offered him extra money for additional duct work unforseen but he declined. Yesterday he mailed me all the warranty papers and i look forward to have him back for future maintenace. Note. The dangling wires you see are due to ongoing construction.

This is the second time without hesitation we called Yurie to run a gas line for our outdoor BBQ. As usual very reliable. You don’t have to go around or behind him to watch what he is doing.
