I held a going away party on Miss Toronto last summer and intend on having a birthday party with them again this summer!We had some guests who had never been on a boat before and the staff did a very thorough safety briefing and made everyone feel comfortable. You’re not allowed outside alcohol (it’s a licensed establishment so just like at a bar you can’t bring outside alcohol) & they are also required by Transport Canada to do security searches on peoples bags... I will say that Terry explained all of this very well during the booking process and then the staff didn’t make anyone feel uncomfortable at all.We brought our own food - and their staff helped us set it up & serve it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I have to say that the decor/interior is a bit outdated but we didn’t mind at all. We went out in the harbour then got a wonderful tour of the islands, and the sunset was gorgeous... The bar service was quick and the prices reasonable considering we were on a boat in downtown Toronto!

Food was good, service was considerate and comfortable, captain was amazing and very enthuaiastic, providing driving tryout mini lessons for us. We had dinner and party until night, DJ was thoughtful with many amazing songs. View is outstanding. Had a relaxing dinner and crazy party all at the same spot. Thank you miss Toronto and captain!

We as, AWIC Seniors Club arranged a boat cruise with a company Miss Toronto, starting from Harbour Front. We are all seniors, with almost 20 seniors with wheelchairs and other disabilities, in all we were 100. It is a small boat with wonderful, knowledgeable and caring staff. We had the best time...Sandy, person in charge, was just lovely and marvellous. Sandy and her staff accommodated all the wheelchair seniors with ease. We had a great time and will definitely do this again!!!!!Miss Toronto is offering you the opportunity to experience Toronto's vibrant harbourfront and stunning views of downtown. I would highly recommend Miss Toronto, to anyone in a small group, to enjoy the best service with smile offered by the courteous staff of this company.

I had an amazing time aboard the Charter Miss Toronto! We went out on July 26th 2014 for a surprise 50th birthday that I planned for my mother. Terry (the captain) and his crew were all a pleasure to deal with and we loved the actual boat itself. The food was great and the boat interior exceeded my expectations. Its actually very beautiful and nothing beat seeing the Toronto Sky Line at night. How beautiful !Thanks Terry (and crew) especially his son for helping us out. If and when we cruise again, we will be sure to choose the Charter Miss Toronto!

A great effort by our company to provide bonding and fun on a beautiful summer day. Check - Great weather, check, great company. X on the boat, staff and Miss Toronto experience. I echo earlier posted comments on safety (announcements conducted outside with no mic/bull horn - before boarding), cleanliness so/so, staff were sloppy in attire, disorganized and late. Rules - money grab? Confiscating water on a hot summer afternoon? Bag searches? For a small private corporate event, I fail to see the purpose. I would rate this a 1 at best

Hello. I have enjoyed quite a few cruises aboard Miss Toronto. I found the service to be excellent: on time, on budget, good catering, clean facilities, appropriate DJ-ing, and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I highly recommend them :)

Did the cruise with Charter Miss Toronto last year and it was a 10/5. Did it this year and it was a 2/5. Management or something had changed since I did the exact same process as last time except when I had got to the boat on the actual day, there was a surprise charge of $250 to plug in to their speakers (all other DJ equipment was brought- like last year). All my 100 guests were standing around me which obviously I'm going to pay an upfront fee since I can't have no music on a max capacity boat on my birthday. Contacted them afterwards to try to reason that we had followed the exact process, and to reason the $250. No sympathy whatsoever, rude staff handling the surprise charge, and rude staff on the boat this year. Last year was great though. Careful of these $ grabs.

Miss Toronto by far exceeded my expectations!Wonderful friendly staff and exceptional service. The boat was clean and organized. The day was filled with beautiful views of the Toronto harbour ending with a magical sunset. Highly recommended for any private or corporate events.

One of the most beautiful scenic spots on Toronto's lakeside, the cruise ships moored at the pier and the CN Tower shine together, making it a beautiful subject for photography.
