We’re a regular but lately the service has been disappointing. We already booked a haircut and by the time we arrived, they end up taking another customer and forgot about ours. They told us to come again next time but we live pretty far, no apologies or anything regardless their fault for double booking customers.

I have been going to Hair Story for 10 years now and I cannot go anywhere else! I've had my hair done my every stylist here and I am never disappointed. I would recommend Hair Story to everyone. They know what suits you best and will do an amazing job with any style. I've gotten my hair cut, coloured and permed by them. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Used to go there for women's haircut for over 3 years. But was very disappointed by the service I got two months ago. I can understand the no wash" policy because of the COVID. But the hairstylist
