Absolutely horrible experience, the manger is very unprofessional and impolite. She gave me lots of attitude and disrespect while I was trying to exchange a hoodie that had been defective. She needs to start treating her customers better than this.

Came in looking for some university hoodies and this young red headed worker helped me with everything I needed to find including making sure everything I had picked out fit and gave a very pleasant smile as I was leaving so friendly and helpful best experience I've ever had at a clothing store

One women with long hair yelled at me saying if I’m gonna vape in the store I can leave after I had a sip of the ice cap I purchased, and after I explained she it was a misunderstanding she told me to “Get out” Can’t believe she didn’t make sure I was actually vaping before yelling across the store to leave, just completely unacceptable and embarrassing…Thanks for ruining the Christmas shopping mood by not making sure!!

What a fantastic shopping experience, store mgr Jill helped me find all the varsity I needed and for the amount of customers in the store that day, I was so impressed with her level of service.Thank you so much Jill, I will definitely be back!

DO NOT shop here. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I've never been so creeped out before. The other day I traveled to Saskatoon with two friends, we went to the mall to buy shoes and that's when we went to boathouse. We were in there for 20-30 SECONDS literally. The guy saidhows it going?" then followed us and said hows it going then came around the corner and said "hows it going?" and so I gave him a funny look because he just asked us 3 times in about 15 seconds the same question

I came in a few days ago to get shoes that I needed in a hurry. I was greeted by 2 very polite lady's who got me the exact shoes I wanted right away. Will definitely return again

I had a lovely experience at this store. Nathan and Dave were awesome help to me and my two friends. They had great sense of humour, were all around super kind, and we each left with a new pair of shoes! Thanks to them for an amazing experience.

Went in the other day to grab a pair of shoes. They didn’t have the white ones on the floor that I was looking for, asked the employees if they could check in the back and with no hesitation Michael went to the back and found exactly what I was looking for!! Bag secured, happy customer. Awesome service as always!

Rude and disrespectful employees, went there with a friend and when we went to purchase our clothes the women behind the counter was on the phone dealing with another customer or store of some sorts. There were two other employees behind us hanging clothes (one of them i assumed was the manager or supervisor) and neither of them bothered to come ring us through even though the other girl was busy on the phone, in fact the one lady asked her can you not do two things at once?". She then continued treat her as if she was an idiot when she was having issues with the person on the phone and completely embarrass her right in front of us. Could not believe how rude and condescending someone could be to another employee right in front of a customer."

I came into boat house to buy shoes and sweater and a very nice lady with black and green hair found both the items in my size super quickly and she was super nice as well! Some of the best customer service ive ever had! If you get this lady at boathouse she'll send you home happy with everything you came in for!
