Not only does this store have plenty of perfect gift ideas whether it's a birthday, graduation, wedding, etc. This store is home to by far the friendliest staff in the mall! Everytime I stop by I'm always greated with smiles, and helpful service ! Definitely worth a look if you need engraving on previous gifts, new gifts, or even just a new set of keys !

There are lots of great gift choices at this store however, it's too bad that you can't choose who serves you. The customer service that was demonstrated by the manager" was nothing short of arrogant and down right unacceptable.
