We are so incredibly thankful to have found allCare IT to be our MSP. Their team of professionals are top notch, technically, and because they truly care about our team. I was recently on a call with a third-party security vendor who specifically called out Andy Larin and his team their skills and professionalism in the work of IT security. 24/7 they are there for us, they act quickly, follow up with confirmation, and their ticketing system never forgets what we ask of them. They drive each task to completion with dilligent care. You can't pick a better provider who will care more about your business.

Craig was super helpful updating the driver for our new printer, made the task of having IT take over my workstation much less tedious than usual.While waiting for updates, we had a nice conversation to pass the time.

Work on the Seniors Association’s new website began before the pandemic struck. A one-year completion target became three years.The AllCare team was understanding and patient as our Association struggled to cope with an unprecedented set of circumstances.We are a not-for-profit charitable organization with an extensive wish list and a tight budget. AllCare provided clear directions and sound advice on what to do or not do. They always let us know when something was outside the scope of work and provided quotes for additional items. There were no surprises.Our new website is beautiful. It has a “modern” look; information is easy to find and it’s user-friendly.It was a pleasure working with this group of professionals. We felt the staff of AllCare were partners in every sense of the word.

Service was great. Promising to increase their charitable donations in exchange for a good review seems a little disingenuous though.

Super quick turnaround for my business computer repair! My operating system crashed and they were able to fix and return it to me in less than 24 hours.
