I have seen both Dr. Nazli Sammak & Dr. Neil Haney at this location and would recommend either. For all of my visits the additional staff were friendly and the location is clean.

Booked my 3 year old and my 1 year old for their first eye checkups. My 1 year old was the reason I had booked in the first place, as I had concerns about her eyes. Getting there, I had a hard time finding the unit and had a screaming baby in my car. I tried to calm her down before ringing a bell to be let in, only to be told I'm 10 minutes late so they might not take us. I'm 7 months pregnant and was struggling to move so quickly. We were told to wait by some chairs, and 2 minutes later the receptionist comes back and says they've decided they'll only see 1 of my children but specifically my older one" as she put it. I was so insulted and livid given that they clearly just didn't want to deal with a baby who's not in a good mood

I called today, March 27,2023 around 1pm to ask for my prescription to be review and explained to the receptionist my problem. Since I got my new lenses done, I am not able to focus with them, when I went back to the optician, he changed lenses to help with the bifocals, still not able to focus. So I decided to call your clinic back for a review of the prescription, but I was told I need to pay $75.00, again I asked the receptionist to talk to the Dr, but she insisted the Dr. will let me know till after seeing me if there will be a charge or not. I have been using glasses for over 40 years, so I know when something is not align. My issue is, your clinic is quick to tell me how much is going to cost me to review a Rx giving by you, and failing to look after my wellbeing. In all my years using glasses, when there has been an issue, problems were solve and there was not mention of any extra cost, just look at the optician, he changed the lenses at no extra charges. At the end it is not about the money, it's THE PRINCIPLE, not caring, if you don't like it you are welcome to go somewhere else" as told by your receptionist

The first thing that impressed me was the staff interaction amongst themselves. There seemed to be a comadery and caring that wasimpressive and then that was extended to the client. With astigmatism and faulty vision, it is not easy to get the correct prescription and even with adjustments, it often doesn't feel quite right. I am pleased to say that for the first time in over at least 15 years, I am able to read, look at my screen, thread a needle, use my phone and so much more with ease. No looking over my frames or taking them off for certain tasks. No more twisting my neck to see my screen properly. For the first time in a long time, I am incredibly comfortable with my eyesight. I am very grateful to Dr. Sammak for her knowledge and a prescription that has made my life so much better. I am equally grateful to Jim who reassured me about the thickness of my lenses and the frames. He patiently worked with me to find the right pair and fit. The staff was incredible and I am so pleased with the service.

I want to give a shout out to Jim for his great help in assisting me to find a pair of frames that fit my small face, would work with my significant prescription - including new progressives. I've been wearing glasses for almost 4 decades. Of the opticians I've seen, he has been the most concerned with getting it right." I really appreciated the service. I'm thrilled with my glasses! Really appreciate this clinic and Dr Sammak, Who had me in on short notice after I got something in my eye. Was not too impressed with our hospital system when I went into emergency and I could barely see, they told me I had nothing in my eye. Dr Sammak gave me an emergency same day appointment and was able to remove four pieces of metal. Since then I have been fine. Can’t say how much I appreciate it. Thank you vey, very much!

I was relieved to finally be able to get my first eye exam since the job action started and chose this location because it is handicapped accessible easily from parking directly in front of the store (thank you!). Office is clean and runs smoothly, I felt very Covid-safe. Staff was professional and accommodating as I asked a bazillion questions. Lots of selection of frames, and my glasses were ready in record time. Thank you for superb customer service and clear explanations, Dr. Haney and Janice!

Unprofessional & unorganised. Don’t waste your time & go there. They gave us an appointment for my children last month & when we showed up they told us that our appointment is cancelled. They cancelled the appointment without letting us know. We waisted a trip there for nothing. They booked us another appointment for today, they gave us today’s appointment & not sooner because booking sooner would’ve resulted in us paying $40 for the test because they have to use a special machine to scan the eye. We showed up to today’s appointment & were told that we still have to pay the $40. This place is unorganized & unprofessional. It was much better when Dr. Campbell was there. We are looking for a new optometrist now, someone that is not greedy & only cares about the money.

I went for my checkup with Dr Campbell and picked out new glasses with Jim. The service at Conroy is exceptional. Dr Campbell is thorough and takes the time to listens to my concerns. Jim is very good at what he does and helped me find the perfect glasses. I
