Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Tried to reserve a type of vehicle only to be told they don’t do that, then when we went to pick up the vehicle there was one on the lot we would rather have had, was told it was reserved for someone else.The vehicle the gave us was FILTHY, like it hadn’t been cleaned since the beginning of winter. Fuel/hotel/fast food receipts from past customers, litter strewn under seats, wreaked of cigarette smoke. I ended up having to wash the thing inside and out, the water turned almost black after wiping the seats and touch surfaces down. 10/10 would NOT recommend - can you say Rezmobile?!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Showed them my foreign driver’s license and they would rent me a car. Then I mentioned I would use the car for a road test, they lied to me saying SGI wouldn’t accept me doing the test on a rental. I went to SGI, they said they didn’t mind a rental. Went back to enterprise, the guy changed the story saying it was an internal policy. He lied to me. Gotta a rental with budget now, much better experience

I rented a vehicle from Enterprise this past weekend and they were more than Accomodating!! Excellent customer service from Leah, J & Jill! Kudos to the downtown location. They dropped my rental off to me and picked it back up!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I had a great experience with enterprise a year ago. It hasn't changed. The staff are amazing and the vehicle was incredible. I had to wait 30 min to pick up my car due to a bunch of flights coming and going at the same time, but they kept checking in with me and in the end I got an upgrade. I will for sure be using Enterprise again.

A van was rented for space. When got there...no vans left.. upgrade" to ford expedition.??? Big thing..cant rmbr name..but it was supposed to be roomy. It wasnt. Moving seat in and out and kids crawl over seat toget to back seats. Horrible! Luggage falling. There was baby stuff. Thats why a van was wanted. I wasnt impressed with that vehicke trade off."

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I have Rented Cars from this location twice over the last year (through Costco Travel) and been completely satisfied with the vehicle. Vehicle upgrade first time. The negatives of this location - they seldom answer the phone! - they won’t pick you up at the airport! The second I understand because there is an enterprise agency at the airport already. Quick in and out rental and drop off. Lots of negative reviews which seem to be Jekyll and Hyde as there are lots of positive ones as well. I don’t understand it! They have been good to me.

Worst customer service imaginable. No way to talk to an actual representative when calling and the robot just hangs up on you if no rentals are available on the dates you must specify. No way to be put on a call back list, or tweak the booking in any way. It literally says we value your business" and hangs up on you. I'm shocked that's how this business is conducted.It's also pretty poor service that you can't offer vehicles with over a week's notice.. Not sure why you even have a "same day" rental option on the robot phone line when you can't even accommodate weeks in advance."

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
We had a great experience dealing with this company. Everything went smooth from the driver picking us up, the paperwork that took a couple minutes, and the driver dropping me off when I returned the car. The people are really friendly, our car was nice and they sanitized it before we took it.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I rented at Enterprise in Saskatoon for the first time recently. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and courteous. The car was ready on time and was clean. The paperwork and walk around were quick and efficient. The car was adequate. Upon returning it, the staff were again friendly and courteous. The rates were competitive. I will definitely use Enterprise again.
