I had a great experience at this place for repair. I got my screen fixed here a couple of months ago but it broke again but because I know they do a great job with quick service . So, I came back here. The prices are also reasonable and fair price. The staff is excellent and knowledgeable too.

I was using my iPhone when it dropped out of hand and hit the sidewalk. The screen cracked so badly that I was worried it might be not fixable.Then, I went to repair my iPhone 7 screen at Wireless World and they changed my screen under 30 minutes. I was really impressed by their service and the quality of the work. My screen works perfectly now and it was great experience.Exceptional customer service and overall a very efficient.

Avoid these thieves at all cost. They sell you defective items and have no return or exchange policy. Your money will just go down the drain. Person at the counter lacks any customer service skills. Unfortunately i bought a phone from this location and i tend to feel like they have hacked my phone ever so often my phone starts to go to different screens without me touching it. Save yourself the hassle and dont buy anything from here.

Went to fix my dead phone, on my first visit I was told I will be getting a year warranty on the repair but upon picking up the phone, I was told it is 1 week and my phone screen was swapped. After complaining about the screen and explaining what my screen looked like, there went in and made marks on a different screen to match my descriptions. They lie and cheat.

Diagnosed and fixed my BB Key1 in minutes. My first stop from now on for fixing electronics in Brampton. Done while I waited. This is after going somewhere else two days before - who told me I had to wait two days for a tech, then he told me two more days just to get a battery in to test it. Wireless World is a life saver.

Worst service and they scam people a lot and sell in 25 bucks charger in 40. And we buyed 2 charger cables and 1 adapter then they did’nt work then he said there’s no warranty for it and before he said that it has 1 year warranty. I don’t even want to give them 1 star

Did not visit the store personally but I spoke to a gentleman on the phone about replacing the battery on my Google Pixel. He gave me a very honesty answer and told me about the risks of going ahead with this repair. He was very polite and took his time to answer my questions.I called 6 other shops before calling Wireless World and none of them gave me a warning or heads up. Will definitely come here if I ever need a major repair done.

Their lack of professionalism and indifference made me feel unwelcome as a customer.Furthermore, the shop lied about the waiting period for repairs. Initially, they assured me that my computer would be ready within 2 hours but it took 4 hours. The waiting time was unacceptably long. This kind of inefficient service is simply unacceptable, especially when customers rely on their devices for work or personal use. It was evident that the technician lacked the necessary expertise and attention to detail required for professional repairs.Overall, my experience Wireless World Shop was disheartening. The combination of bad customer service, excessive waiting time, and an unprofessional technician left me deeply dissatisfied. I would strongly caution others against relying on this shop for their computer needs, as they failed to meet even the most basic standards of service and professionalism.

Fixed my cracked screen in less thanin 45 min. for iPhone X. Excellent customer service and great quality work. Definitely will recommend.Good selection of covers and accessories.Keep up the good work guys
