EQ3 sent Erin to install ottoman clips on our brand new leather couch and left a huge scratch on the ottoman. I did not notice it until a week later when I detached the ottoman from the couch. I contacted Fibrenew directly and requested another technician to be sent. Erin responded via email (with very poor email etiquette) and sent Brian to fix our ottoman. Brian claimed it was a 'natural scar' and that it could not be fixed. I know for a fact that the scratch was NOT a natural scar because the ottoman was brand new and the 'scar' did not show up until AFTER Erin's visit. I had owned the ottoman for less than a week and I had checked every inch of the ottoman the day it arrived - I think I would have noticed a 'scar' that big. The scratch was very obviously from the ottoman as the 'teeth marks' from the ottoman clip lined up perfectly with the scratch. Brian tried to 'fix it' but it looks exactly the same.

Very expensive. Quoted me over 1500 to replace foam in my couch. I could just buy a new couch for that.

I gave the company a picture of a tear in a leather club chair. They responded quickly with an estimate and suggestions of other work that the chair might need. We agreed to a price and then they picked up the chair. They ended up taking the matching leather ottoman as well, which they cleaned for free. The chair itself was fixed and coloured. And both were delivered back to us in a very timely manner. I'd never dealt with a leather cleaner before but can recommend Fibrenew highly. Good service. Reasonable quotes. Prompt and easy to deal with.

I found Fibrenew through Google. ...and e-mailed my problem with a white leather couch! I was answered quickly, through e-mails and then phonecalls and booked a consultation. Erin is great to converse with and Brian too. Brian really knows what he's doing. He's honest and willing to look at solutions. He did a great job on our couch and has bought us more time; we aren't ready to buy a new one. What possessed us to get a white couch with young grandchildren, as well as many jean-wearing adults. I sent the company pictures of the scratches in my white leather sofa. They responded fairly quickly with an estimate and answered further questions. Brian came to my home shortly after and repaired the scratches and a couple of other spots in my sofa. We cannot even tell where they were. Great job. Polite, prompt service. Accurate quote I love this sofa even tho it is white leather.... it’s so comfortable and fits our lifestyle so I want it to last for many more years. Brian will be my go to person to make that happen.

Erin and Brian are amazing! My gorgeous red leather Italian stool was damaged by a friends cast. I thought, for sure, it was ruined forever. I just picked it up and I can’t believe how good it looks now! It’s like a new stool. I would trust these guys with all of my leather and upholstery needs.
